I checked Crunchyroll and I have:

- My Hero Academia (series)

- Two Heroes

- Heroes Rising

- You’re Next

- Vigilantes

However, World Heroes’ Mission isn’t showing up at all. I’m in Europe/Gibraltar so I’m wondering if this is a region licensing issue or a recent removal. Has anyone else lost World Heroes’ Mission on Crunchyroll or is it just my region?

I thought it went world wide on April 4 but it say video not available on Crunchyroll.

I did notice on some of the newer Dr. Stone dubbed episodes they are actually using the captions to translate things at the same time as the spoken dialogue! Huge win if this keeps going

Anyone else having this issue after the update? I know the websites service page says theres issues with "content" but not seeing this problem anywhere else.

It only started happeniny after the update, tried redownloading, tried restarting. Nothing.

Heyy, so earlier I used xbox’s crunchyroll app and it just worked fine. Now a few hours later it just doesn’t connect anymore? Even after clearing cache, powercycle, reinstall, I can’t get it to work.

Anyone else having an issue, or who knows a fix?

I need some advice regarding my account and whether this has happened to anyone else.

I made a crunchyroll account a few years ago but never bought anything including a subscription on it. I had kept it neglected because I don’t use the app anymore, but a week or two ago I got an email saying someone else had logged into my account. It ended up being someone from the US (for reference I live in Canada).

I was confused so I logged him out using Device Management on the website. I also changed my password to something extremely difficult and not guessable whatsoever. I assumed that it was some kid that had access to my password after a data breach and something simple like changing my password would fix the issue. But today, two weeks later after no account activity was flagged that same person from the same location managed to log into my account again. I tried scanning my phone for malware but nothing was showing, so I doubt that this person compromised my phone.

I’m not sure what to do or what it could be. I changed my password again. Is it worth contacting support?

Is anyone having trouble with their crunchyroll app on their tv? i have 3 TV’s and its refusing to load. Ive uninstalled them and all.

Im from egypt and crunshyroll is the most expensive streaming platform here for no logical reason , its 2.5x netflix,2x disney+,3x apple tv,8x prime video, they charge the same for the whole middle east while the avg salalry is 4x to 8x diffrence , i would like the prices become reasonable like other platforms in the country

I wanted to rewatch Madoka magica and introduce one of my friends to it, when I looked up where to stream it crunchyroll came up as an option, but it's not on the site at all, and the link that shows up when I looked it up shows it as unavailable.

will it ever come back? is there an estimated time of how long it takes for it to return? I really wanna show this anime to my friend but I wanna do it on the TV

Got an email promo for Ani-May. Haven’t watched in a while so I signed up for the Fan tier. Watched like 7 episodes of a show, got kicked out twice and now it says I don’t have access to the library when the tier I purchased said I did. wtf is going on?

I recently got Crunchyroll and when creating my account I accidentally added a letter to my email, meaning I have no access to it, so I said no big deal and made a new account with my RIGHT email and new info, different username too, problem is when I bought premium on my new account, for some reason it instantly swaps me to my old account and says it already have it, but the problem is my new account doesn’t have the premium benefits but when I buy it in my new account it goes to my old one, support has been no help. Any fixes?

So I signed up for Crunchyroll like 10ish days ago. I haven’t really watched anime before but a friend recommended some shows to me. Unfortunately life got busy and I won’t have time to watch for a bit so I decided to cancel my membership and pick it back up when I eventually get the time to sit and watch.

I go to the website to cancel, it won’t let me. I keep getting an error every time I try, and I tried a few times over the course of a few days. Finally I reached out to the chat option on the site. It asked for the last four digits of my card, expiration date, my first name, date of the charge and the amount. Then the chat bot connected me to an agent and what a nightmare. Absolutely no help at all. They connected and asked for a bank screenshot to verify the charge and lookup my account. I wasn’t super comfortable with that but whatever so I sent it. The agent said it wasn’t valid and that I needed to send it again. So I did, same thing not valid, they’re having issues with the screenshot. Over and over again. For whatever reason whenever I would send it the chat kept zooming in on it but I would upload and send the full thing. The agent kept telling me it wasn’t valid, send again. No matter what I said. I asked for help then they told me to send it again. I asked multiple times if there was another way we could look up and verify my account. No help just send it again. Followed with “Are you still there?” over and over if I didn’t respond fast enough. Finally I asked to be transferred to someone else because they clearly weren’t listening to me. They said just so I was aware the next person will probably ask for the same bank screenshots and sent me an email address and told me to contact that to cancel. Super frustrating.

I ended up reaching out the customer service chat again and got someone different this time. I explained the issue with the first person when they asked for the same bank screenshot. They said not to worry, send it and they’ll figure it out. I did send it, the very same screenshot I sent to the first person and they thanked me. Asked for my billing zip code and gave me a full refund and the cancellation I asked me. Less than 5 minutes with this person versus an hour with the other.

I don’t know if I’ll sign up again in the future now.
It was annoying enough that it wouldn’t let me cancel on the website and I had to reach out in the first place. Thankful for the second customer service agent that actually helped me!

So the CrOptix extension isn't working for me. So with the new design, I literally can't go full screen. Not talking about web browser full screen (using Brave), but video player full screen. The top tab gets in the way.

How is that possible? I canceled right away. I don't have credit card on acc, still this happened first time ever for me.
