i need a lil capture cat help

I’m trying to use my Elgato 4K Pro to capture my iPad screen so that I can stream my art prosper and other content. I’m using the Ugreen Uno 6-1 USB hub, but it simply won’t display anything that the iPad sees. It’s connected, but there are no display changes in the 4K app. When I connect the Ugreen Uno directly to the monitor, it works, but that’s just how it works. I just can’t get it to work on the capture card.

i need some help

I’m trying to use my Elgato capture card to capture my iPad screen on my PC using a UGREEN Uno dock, but it’s not working. However, if I connect the iPad directly to a monitor through the UGREEN Uno, it works fine. any help would br appreciated!
