Hi, I just finished onboarding for Project Ogden (Germany), but I’m stuck with empty queues. I can only see the "Halo" vertical, while "Ads Integrity" is missing from my dropdown entirely. Even when checking empty queues and clicking "Just Go," it says there are no jobs available.

I’ve already completed all training modules and I'm using the required VPN and Chrome, but nothing shows up. Is this a known permission sync issue for new raters, or is the German market just out of tasks right now?

I’m from Indonesia, and I’ve already been waiting for around 2 weeks, but both of my Appen projects are still stuck in the “Qualification” stage even though I already passed the tests.

The projects are:

• A14379 English Annotator (Indonesia-based)
• Uolo V2 – Evaluate Potential Misinformation Posts

I haven’t received any updates or tasks yet, so I’m wondering if this is normal or if there might be an issue with my account/project status.

Has anyone else experienced the same thing with Appen? How long did it take for you to get approved or start receiving tasks?

Any advice or information would be really appreciated. Thanks!

Just curious is anyone right now currently working on an active project at the moment. Because I was working on Jigglypuff. And two weeks ago the Urdu project ended and now two or three days ago I stopped getting work on Persian/Farsi on too. So anyone who actively working at the moment or did crowdgen suddenly went dead?

I finished up project Thyme in the US last week and got an email a few days later stating my data was rejected. It also states in the beginning of the email the app sequence was not followed. This project is very straightforward and I definitely did switch between apps properly using my sequence. I even had a separate device for this and only used it for this project.

I am not even sure who to contact or if it would matter. I did submit a form but never heard back and they removed me from Slack. Has this happened to anyone else?

Hi everyone, I am looking for advice regarding a significant discrepancy in my reported hours for April. My manual physical logs (recording exact start/finish times) show a total of 37 hours and 36 minutes. However, the Daily Work Report emails I received show only 28 hours and 41 minutes. This is a nearly 9 hour difference. I have emailed support several times about this issue but haven't received a clear explanation or a confirmation that they are rechecking the system logs. Has anyone else experienced such a large gap between their manual records and the system-generated reports? Is there a specific way to escalate this before the final invoice is processed on the 9th? Any guidance on how to get a human response from support would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Does it involve writing under each video? How long does it take to complete all 350 vids? I hesitate to start the project because I think I would also need to write, but I signed up to watch videos. USA.

This is the post for all invoice/payment questions for payment of work in April(and before).

Reminder: Workers have a reasonable expectation that Appen should ensure amounts owed for April work start appearing on the website in the first week of May, with payment mid-month. Payments are supposed to be for all work up to the end of April. But as many of us still remember, Appen has a history of letting deadlines slip so this thread is to keep an eye on this as the month progresses.

Some users continue to report not recieving payment until after the 21st of the month. Let's keep an eye on this. We need to be paid mid-month and Appen should honour this.

Appen has a history of attempting to "move the goalposts" in messaging, for example by pushing the message that they "initiate payments" mid month, whereas previously many of us were used to money arriving in our accounts mid-month and now it appears to be regularly delayed, increasing anxiety for workers. Let's keep an eye on this too.

Can the support of this platform so called "CrowdGen" be more useless.

I've been on this platform for 3 months now, I've applied for dozens of projects but I have an ID Verification issue that stops me from continuing to the assessment tests.

Ps: I've sent almost 20 emails complaining about the issue I'm having but (im always getting an email indicating that my issue has been resolved) but nothing is actually fixed.. so here Iam complaining to u fam

I got approved into project Istone a few days ago but there don't seem to be any tasks yet

I am in US and working on Ogden, during the Halo tasks, we have to type some things. Can we use a voice to type program on our projects or is this not allowed? I have RA and sometimes typing alot can get painful. I didn't know the rules for using computer help apps, if its allowed or not. I tried to contact Crowdgen, but seems no one answers my concerns, so thought I would ask here. Thank you.

I have been on Jigglypuff for 2 weeks now and never had work except for directly after i finished my qualification and it took me straight to the work link and there was a task there. I closed my tab cos I hadn't recieved a welcome email yet, which came a few minutes later. Whenever i try to work I get the 'Thank You' page. Anyone know how i can go about this? SA country

Hey everyone, I've been recently working on Crowdgen's Project JigglyPuff Transcription - Farsi and Urdu. And i'm confused with the emails that i keep on getting on daily basis from the system. So the problem is that i get my "Daily Work Hours Report" and the hours which are stated in the emails are completely different than the hours that I've actually spent on working. Like yesterday i got the mail saying I've worked for 2 hours some minutes and in reality i had worked yesterday for 4 hours and 39 mins. So i wanna know is anyone else facing this or is anyone familiar with this matter/issue. I am kind of getting nervous about it because I've spent a lot of hours this month on this project and if the hours are cut from the actual time that I've spent then the payment would be affected and thats the thing that i am getting paid for the Urdu project like 3$ hour.

Anyone else out there working on Gladiolus or Sage project (US locale)? The queues for both projects have been empty for me for the past day or two. Wondering if its just me or not.
