Hi, I just finished onboarding for Project Ogden (Germany), but I’m stuck with empty queues. I can only see the "Halo" vertical, while "Ads Integrity" is missing from my dropdown entirely. Even when checking empty queues and clicking "Just Go," it says there are no jobs available.

I’ve already completed all training modules and I'm using the required VPN and Chrome, but nothing shows up. Is this a known permission sync issue for new raters, or is the German market just out of tasks right now?

Hi everyone, I was recently onboarded for Project Ogden in Germany and received my SRT credentials, but I am having trouble accessing tasks. Currently, I only see the "Halo" vertical in the dropdown menu, while the "Ads Integrity" vertical mentioned in the guidelines is completely missing. Even when I toggle "Show empty queues" and click "Just Go," I am immediately met with the message "There are no more jobs at the moment." Has anyone else experienced this specific combination of a missing vertical and empty queues right after onboarding, or do I just need to wait a few more days for a manual whitelist sync?
