My wife is in her early 40s. What's a cool thing to do/place to go for a birthday in early May?
I am just completely out of ideas for her and need inspiration. Doesn't have to be in Chandler specifically, but around the area or so

Im looking for advice here. work environment here is awful. i don't know how businesses usually operate when they're fresh like this, but i feel like this is a little insane.
I feel like the place wasn't properly prepared to operate. It's an easy job made difficult by horrible management.
management is an absolute mess. i've had a really bad experience working here.
Once i worked a 12 hour shift without receiving any breaks. this is not the first time i worked a long shift without any breaks. when i mentioned this to my manager, he said that we're allowed 30 minutes of break every 8 hours.
he's never mentioned this before at all. not to mention we asked our manager many times if we could get chairs for the back in which he flat out refused to let us sit down. i genuinely get talked down to whenever i have any clarifying questions or any concerns. this job is bringing out a very bitter side of me that i've never seen before. this is my first job so idk if this is just how working in food places goes.
manager doesn't let us leave when our shift ends, he flat out refuses to clock us out (the system doesn't work properly, so we cant clock ourselves out)
I don't really know where to reach out or who to talk to address any of these issues. I've searched for HR information but I'm really confused on how to report all of this and where to even start. also, if anyone else has more experience, lmk how abnormal this actually is compared to other food/cafe places.
Hi. I am wondering where I can dispose old used tube lights in Chandler. Thanks
What have you paid for having a licensed plumber replace your water pressure valve?
I was told my water pressure is too high and don't want to be over charged.
Anyone got any ideas why a city of mesa police helicopter is flying overhead right now? They don’t have a public police radio channel.
ICE presence at Planet Fitness on N Alma School Rd at about 0600. Be safe!
Curious to know quality of service as I am looking for reliable, less expensive option than Cox
I've been looking for this type of siding. A place where I can show up and buy it.
Any ideas? It isn't for sale at Lowe's or HD.
Anybody know why it’s closed? I saw that they taped off the drive thru too.
The restaurant is on the right corner of a strip mall. They had peach topping on their pizza. I believe it was somewhere in Chandler. Their prices were very affordable. I just forgot the name.
Anyone hiring wfh job? I dont have a car so I'm guessing I can find wfh job in AZ at this point idc how much the pay would be. I just badly need a job. I have my masters in business Analytics. I've been applying everywhere online but I get nothing but stress :(
Our last house cleaner used something that ended up irritating our dog, so I’m trying to avoid that happening again. Would love to hear if anyone has recommendations or good experiences with a company like that? TIA!
I'm wanting to try some perfume oils or attar, only place I know of is lotions and potions in Phoenix but I don't want to drive that far. Does anyone know of any place here in Chandler, Mesa, Gilbert, or Tempe?
Edit: I have experience with fragrance oils but I'm more curious to try out attar since never tried and am a bit curious.
We just had our first appointment at the Chewy Vet Clinic on W Chandler Blvd. All of the staff was super nice, it was extremely clean, and the prices were pretty reasonable. My dog needed a checkup and a few shots. They were thorough and we were still done pretty quickly.
When we were leaving, they gave my dog a goody bag with some toys and treats. They also emailed me a $50 gift card towards an online Chewy purchase to thank me for completing my first visit to their location.
10/10 vet experience, night and day compared to how I felt after leaving our previous vet after an appointment.
I posted on here a few weeks ago asking for dog groomer / dog vet recommendations because we're new to Chandler.
All of the recommendations this sub has given me have been great, thank you all for being so nice and helpful!
Hello! Looking for local recommendations on where I may be able to get my ring resized. I didn’t buy it locally and have never had to get one resized so wanted to see if anyone had any recs. Thank you!
