I did not track ovulation so I am not sure how far along I am. My last period was 10th March but My cycles are irregular after my MMC in October. The last three cycles were 36, 29, 30 days. I had eggy cervical mucus on 31st march so maybe that's when I ovulated. I had my betas done a day after my first faint positive.

The rise is fine but if I am further along I think the numbers are too low? Also if I am not further along and that the doubling time slows down, my hcg would only be about 6500 by 6 weeks?

I haven't been able to relax because MMC has taken away all excitement and now I'm only dreading the worst.

Hi, we think we conceived on Easter (I know that was a day we did it after a dry spell) I have irregular periods. I have Pcos. Today I had an ultrasound where they showed a gestational sac and a possible yolk sac ( tech, resident and myself all saw a flicker and something tiny) on ultrasound. Because they didn’t see more they let me know this is being categorized as a pregnancy of unknown location. My betas Friday were 2,200 Monday 6,600 and today 16,000. My concern is we are supposed to be going to hocking hills for a hiking trip in memory of my son this entire weekend. Should I cancel it? They said they will do a repeat us on Tuesday. From my calculations from Easter I would be about 4 weeks. They let me know either this is too early to see more, or a possible ectopic w a pseudosac (?)

I'm 42 years old and 12 weeks pregnant tomorrow. I have 5 pills of 200mg progesterone left. Several moms in another group said I should really stay on progesterone until 18 wks. They said they had a 2nd tri loss due to lower progesterone. Given my age, should I push for testing my progesterone and ask to stay on it for at least another month? I had 2 losses last July&oct (chemical prg and 8+4wk mc.) I had a healthy 9wk scan where the baby measured 4 days ahead (9+5) and now need to wait 12 days before I see the ob and have a doppler check. it's a tough time waiting between appt hoping for the best. My heartrate lowered again so I took my watch off but it's still 12bpm higher than prepregnancy. I just want to know all is well and trust . anyone stayed on progesterone longer than the 1st trimester? ​

My first scan was today at 5w5d and she saw gestational sack, yolk sack, and “fetal development” but no heartbeat yet. She said it’s totally normal to not see it yet but I can’t help but worry. Just looking for others’ experiences to hopefully calm my nerves.

Hello. I have a history of 5 miscarriages usually chemicals. I did IVF for this reason and transferred a euploid. I thought my lines were quite slow to darken so got betas drawn at 5w1d / 22DPO / 17DP5DT and it was 1563. I got a repeat test exactly 48 hours later and it was 2555 ☹️ first scan is next Friday. Not sure how to interpret this number I was hoping for over 3000.

Last night I took a test on a whim and it shocked us with a faint but clear absolute positive.

It was a faint positive but it was clearly positive.

I've taken two this morning and one has a squinter and the other nothing. I never had success with first morning urine tests for some reason and that's the negative one. So I guess I'm not too alarmed but I don't understand why the other test isn't darker. It looks pinker to me but lighter.

I DO remember this happening early in my pregnancies, I'd get fainter lines or nothing some days then I'd get a boom line......I'm hoping I'm just being impatient.

Last night's was faint but unmistakable. In my past pregnancies I remember it changing day to day this early, sometimes the line would barely be there, then it'd be darker.

But I've also had 3 chemical losses so I'm terrified.

All the same brand, 3am was a true blue early positive, fmu nothing, test I just took is a squinter

I'm maybe anywhere from 11-13dpo. Normally I show way earlier on tests. I had used the same box of tests to test two days earlier and it was negative and this is absolutely not an indent from 3am, it's pink and there

The squinter I see pretty well but my husband doesn't see it as well but he does see "something". Shouldn't it be darker regardless if I am?

I don't know, any words of hope? I need to just be patient right? I don't wanna go through another chemical.....

Clinic is optimistic, told to restart progesterone, ultrasound on Monday.

Has anyone else had similar numbers? What was the outcome?

I am currently 7w1d by lmp.

On 4/1 my progesterone was 24.

On 4/21 it was 19.

I had a mmc a few months ago and baby is measuring 6 days behind according to lmp so I’m WORRIED. Though I do ovulate a bit late so that could make up a few days of the difference.

Does anyone have any experience with dropping progesterone. How worried should I be I want to prepare myself for my scan next week.

My doctor did prescribe progesterone suppositories because they said my levels were “a little low” but I’m more concerned because I thought it should have been rising!!!!

I’m Currently 10 weeks pregnant after a loss in October. I have been on progesterone since about week 5/6. TMI!!!! Last night I was working and I felt a gush of blood that went through my jeans. That freaked me out because it was bright red. I immediately left to the emergency room. My ultrasound results: “There is a subchorionic hematoma measuring approximately 3.1 x 0.6 x 2.7 cm”. Baby was still looking good with hr of 176 and I was sent home with directions of pelvic rest and following up with OB. TMI!!!! I woke up with no blood on my pad but streaks of it when I peed and off red to brown color when I wipe.

Has anyone had this and ended up shrinking? I’m so scared waiting to hear back from OB.

42F, partner 44M. I was supposed to have my FET in March and was on estrogen from Feb 26 till March 20, however I ovulated and so I was told to stop the estrogen and to expect a period in 10 - 14 days. On 04/11, I was confirmed pregnant with an Hcg of 4600, on 04/14 Hcg wqs 16k, confirmed to be weeks, a 12mm gestational sac was seen but no yolk sac was seen, today 04/22 Hcg is 73,000, yet still no yolk sac. My Dr says its a blighted ovum and suggesting a D&C. Im planning getting a confirmatory second opinion at another ultrasound center.

I'm clinging on to hope and want to wait a bit more as I'm praying this embryo develops as i feel full blown pregnancy symptoms.

In Aug 2025, while prepping for FET I got pregnant spontaneously but it was pregnancy of unknown location and I took Methotrexate and hcg cleared Nov 2025.

Last cycle I had a chemical pregnancy that ended at 4 weeks 5 days, starting with spotting. It was a really stressful time for me emotionally, so I’ve been wondering if that may have contributed.

This cycle I’m trying to stay calm and take better care of myself. My bleeding after the loss was different from my normal period it lasted about 6–7 days, but was very light the whole time (never filled a pad, mostly just light bleeding/spotting when wiping). Usually my periods are quite heavy, so this surprised me. I also didn’t have any cramps.

I’m currently on cycle day 13. I’m a bit unsure about when to count CD1, since the first day was just spotting, but I’ve been counting that as day 1.

I’ve been using Clearblue ovulation tests since CD9, and so far they’ve all been blank circles. Normally I would have seen a flashing smiley by around CD12, so I’m thinking my cycle might just be delayed this time.

Has anyone experienced a later ovulation or different cycle after a chemical pregnancy?

Hi everyone, I’m not sure if this post is allowed here but giving it a go.

I just found out I have hyperthyroidism (TSH <0.005, T4 2.88). My husband and I have been trying to conceive for 9 months. Five months in we got pregnant but sadly had a miscarriage. We are on cycle 4 since the loss.

I’ve had short and light periods, ear sensitivity, rapid heart rate, fatigue, anxiety, and heat intolerance. My thyroid panel was “normal” last February (very cusp of lower limit) but has drastically changed since then.

I’m waiting to hear from my doctor about treatment but I’m already feeling worried about what this means for TTC. Will the medication be safe to take while trying? Will our ability to try be delayed?

Has anyone here had hyperthyroidism and also gotten pregnant? What was your treatment like? Anything you can share would be so helpful. Thank you!

Edit to add: I don’t know the underlying cause of the hyperthyroidism yet (i.e Grave’s). My doctor is waiting on a couple more results before we talk about next steps.

I'm 4w6d and I had my betas taken at 15 DPO 516 and 17 DPO 1157, so based on my calculations I should have crossed the 2750 threshold to get a +3 on clearblue weeks today but I still got a 2-3 result.

I will get my betas again tomorrow but I'm ready spiralling hard now 🫠

The weird thing is that my wondfos are becoming dye stealers by now but I'm scared that my hcg is no longer duplicating as it should and I will miscarriage again.

I know nothing I do at this point will change the outcome, but I just wanted to share my feelings I guess.

I think it’s pretty obvious at the moment this pregnancy is not viable. Started bleeding heavily on 4/19 that JUST seemed to slow down today (soaking through 4-5 pads a day vs not too full today; changed them for sanitary purposes rather than that they were full). Tests have been darkening. Went to the OB 4/20 and got a negative urine test but got blood drawn anyway. Doc was pretty nonchalant and chalked it up to a chemical and said my HCG probably wouldn’t come back higher than 10 (12dpo). HCG came back at 31 so went back in today to see if doubled. Feel my FRER got a little lighter today after steadily darkening the past few days. At this point I don’t really have hope but would prefer a chemical over an ectopic for obvious reasons. If my FRER is lighter and my HCG comes back lower, I’m in the clear for chemical and not ectopic right? I just want this to be over sooner rather than later at this point.

I'm 5 weeks 6 days today and the spotting started a few days ago with a couple of days in between where I didn't spot. It's more like when I wipe it shows. I'm worried. Today when I wiped it was like a solid pink/light red wipe not just spot. I've had 2 loses and a chemical already. Last time I did spot, but baby did have a heartbeat two weeks later. The heart beat was low and I needed a D&C. I'm also on progesterone suppositories.

I asked for a repeat HCG tomorrow. Hopefully that should tell me what's happening? Any advice would be helpful!

I know, I know I’m probably spiraling but…

I’m 35+5 and my husband made some fish tacos tonight with a can of NA beer and I took a sip. I then noticed it said it had <.05% alcohol and panicked.

I know some NA beer is 0.0% but is this still okay? Will baby be ok?

Please I need some advice. The first day of my LMP was March 5 and on April 16 at 6:20pm (6weeks) I went to have a private ultrasound scan and they could see sac, yolk and flickering heartbeat measuring 3.3mm and the following day April 17 was my NHS scan 9:20am I went in with my husband with so much confidence but they could only see Sac and yolk, no fetal pole or flickering heartbeat.

I went to another scan place and all they could see is Sac and yolk. I am so confused and wondering how the embryo could vanish in 15 hours? Has anyone had anything similar? I am not cramping or spotting.

Possible ovulation (OI with oral med) conception - 24th March

Sex - 24th March

Today I am 6 weeks 1 days and due to previous miscarriages, I was booked in for an early scan.

GS - visible - 16mm measuring 6 weeks, 3 days

Yolk sac visible

Fetal pole - 2.9mm measuring 5 weeks, 5 days

Do I need to be concerned about the difference in the measurements?

This is my 3rd pregnancy. The first 2 ended in a mmc. At my 7w scan baby was perfect except for an “irregular” shaped yolk sac (not small or large, just an oval shape) so tomorrow is my follow up ultrasound. I’m 9w1d today and I’m so nervous because I felt like almost all my symptoms vanished. Has anyone had a good scan after feeling like symptoms went away?
