Hi, we think we conceived on Easter (I know that was a day we did it after a dry spell) I have irregular periods. I have Pcos. Today I had an ultrasound where they showed a gestational sac and a possible yolk sac ( tech, resident and myself all saw a flicker and something tiny) on ultrasound. Because they didn’t see more they let me know this is being categorized as a pregnancy of unknown location. My betas Friday were 2,200 Monday 6,600 and today 16,000. My concern is we are supposed to be going to hocking hills for a hiking trip in memory of my son this entire weekend. Should I cancel it? They said they will do a repeat us on Tuesday. From my calculations from Easter I would be about 4 weeks. They let me know either this is too early to see more, or a possible ectopic w a pseudosac (?)

I also have kids. I do post a video or photo once or twice a day on my SC story (my family is on there, I don’t use fb anymore)

I am not typically on my phone a lot. I like to be more present in the moment. I have a friend who will send me 35 videos + a day on Snapchat of her kid. If I don’t open them right away, she will text me the full video. Days later, she’s sending me the same videos. I love seeing the kiddos but it feels too much. Especially when it feels like there is an expectation I take 10 min away from my kid to watch her filming hers :(

I’ve tried not responding as much or not opening, but like I said then they get texted to me. I have expressed to this friend how bothered I am lately by my phone and the constant stream of notifications. She is a good friend. What do I do? I am more of a “mark the calendar and we’ll get together this day” friend than I am a cell phone friend.
