I just got this pre built PC from Best Buy 2 days ago. Loving it so far. Only issue I’m having is changing the RGB colors.
As I was removing the film inside the glass, i noticed this cable wasn’t plugged into anything. This is a HS01 case and the GMA6200BSTV3 model. Any idea what this is?
Can’t find the manual for this model, can’t find anywhere online that mentions the voltage rating of its PSU specifically. Trying to double check ahead of a move from America to Ireland if this PC can be used there. (Total layperson when it comes to computers, for context). From what I’ve researched, it seems very likely that it’s compatible, but I need confirmation. It seems that this information would be printed on the PSU itself, but as a layperson with no computer tinkering experience I’d like to avoid taking it apart to check if I can.
Does anyone know this information, or know where I can find this information? Thank you for your time.
Bought a $4,720 custom desktop with an RTX 5070 Ti in early 2025. Here's the timeline:
The system has been unusable for over 20% of its lifespan. I've done more advanced diagnostics on this build than their own technicians did during a full system inspection.
Requested full system replacement — denied. Told there's no escalation path beyond the support supervisor. Currently fighting for at minimum a PSU replacement to be shipped.
Happy to answer any technical questions. Just want people to know what they're potentially getting into.
I have the B450M pro4 - cb I have updated bios to latest version but when I load into cod it still says I need to update bios still to play ?
How the hell are they so riddled with issues?
Hey all, I have the cyber power branded AIO, it looks like a metal square. It came with the SLC4400BSDFV6. I was wondering if I should upgrade to a different AIO or to a regular air cooler. The current one doesn’t seem to be too much of a problem but I’m wondering if there are better options.
Hi folks, what do you think about this prebuilt CyberPowerPC on Amazon? The case isn’t ideal to me, but I could deal with it.

Thanks.
Got the below build for $2705 with the instant rebate code. Is there any reason why I shouldn't cancel? Sourcing and building myself, the parts alone on PCPartPicker were $3500 and with sales/bundles I could MAYBE get them for $3000 from what I've seen in the past week of me scrounging around. $2500 was my budget for my new build, but I have some wiggle room and $2700 for a R7 9800X3D and RTX 5080 with the convenience of having it prebuilt looked pretty good to me.
The only concerning items I've read about are the High Power brand PSU and the ASUS B850 MOBO. It looks like the PSU will either be SPL B+ or SPL A based on which one they decided to bless me with, but I've seen bad reviews about it. Also, I've seen others say that the ASUS B850 Max Gaming's VRM is terrible for a R7 9800X3D.
I've read that I can only swap out one component based on what others have experienced with CyberPower. I can probably ask to swap the High Power PSU with a CyberCore II or swap the ASUS B850 with the MSI PRO B850-P, which I've heard better reviews about. Any thoughts?
Obviously this sub is filled with criticism on CyberPowerPC and it is greatly concerning me. Should I swap out the concerning parts and continue with the order? Or should I cancel altogether and try for a different brand/building myself? Any advice is greatly appreciated.
Tl;dr Should I cancel my order with CyberPowerPC given their concerning history? Or should I take the current build, but ask if I can swap the concerning parts out for better ones (High Power 1000W ATX 3.0 PSU and the ASUS B850)? And if I am only able to swap one component, which should I do?
Here is the deal. I was doing some training for work last week and it died. Turned it on it would last maybe 5-10 mins and it would die again. It was super dusty so I thought maybe cleaning would help. I finally cleaned it today and now it won’t turn on at all. Tried removing and reinstalling RAM and that didn’t help. I did try turning off/on the power switch on the back no luck.
I’ve had my CyberPowerPC with the RTX 5060 GPU for a couple months now and everything has been running perfectly. I purchased it from costco. I recently decided to upgrade my setup to dual monitors, but now I’m having an issue where my graphics card won’t detect the second monitor at all. My second monitor only has HDMI, so I bought an HDMI to DisplayPort adapter and plugged the DP side into the graphics card, but the monitor still says “No Signal” and Windows won’t detect it either. I’ve tried reconnecting everything multiple times and still no luck. Can someone please help me figure out what I’m doing wrong?
I’ve also had some buddies run me through the new install drivers and update everything and went through bios i’ve spent a little over 6 hours today troubleshooting and NOTHING! I’m in disbelief.
My girlfriend recently purchased a Cyberpower PC from Best Buy. It’s liquid cooled in an MA-01 case. These fans will NOT quiet down. From the moment we press the power button, they’re going full speed instantly. All of them. We’ve tried setting them to pwm in the bios. I’ve installed drivers in some hope that would help, because even the GPU fans are running full speed while both GPU and CPU utilization never go above 5%. I’ve taken a peek and poked around inside, and everything is wired correctly best I can find. So every other post I’ve run into online, and the fixes they’ve provided, have not worked. We’ve set it to pwm, we’ve set fan curves, everything is wired right. She’s considering returning it because there doesn’t seem to be a fix. Fans shouldn’t be running at 1700rpm when there’s not even a single program running.
My CPU has been maxing out randomly and I’m not sure why. I have tried updating bios and resetting the whole computer and nothing is working.
