Hey guys, if you missed it, CytoDyn just settled $500K with investors over claims it misled the market about its drug leronlimab some time ago. And they have already sent the agreement to the court for final approval.

In a nutshell, in 2021, CytoDyn was accused of overstating the effectiveness and regulatory progress of leronlimab. In short, the FDA later said the company’s claims were not supported by data, revealing no clear benefit.

After this news came out, the stock dropped 25%, and investors filed a lawsuit for their losses.

The good news is that the company recently agreed to settle $500K with them, and already sent this agreement to the court for final approval. So, if you invested in $CYDY when all of this happened, you can check the details and file your claim here.

Anyway, has anyone here invested in $CYDY at that time? How much were your losses, if so?

Looking for peptide supplier with Prefilled Double chamber cartridge

Hi, I need a peptide supplier that has weight loss peptide TR40 in the new double chamber cartridge like in the photo.

u/TMJ848 — 21 hours ago

Just some advice for anyone looking into peptide suppliers since I see it asked a lot:

The REAL good sources aren’t easy to find. Most of them move by word of mouth. A lot of what you see on Reddit, TikTok, or social media people openly pushing “their vendor” or saying they have the hookup are usually resellers flipping bulk product at a markup to people who don’t know the market.

Be careful what you read online. The loudest ones saying “I don’t gatekeep” usually aren’t pointing you to the best sources. The reliable ones tend to stay low-key. Also, price doesn’t tell the full story, cheap doesn’t always mean bad, expensive doesn’t always mean good. Testing matters as well as there’s been a lot of real vendors wit h bad results or no peptide at all.

If you’re new to the grey market peptides, slow down. That’s how people get burned/scammed jumping in to the first person that says they have a connect.

Safer route is finding a solid group/community. There are legit ones, and there are scam ones. Look for real people, real feedback, and actual interaction. Sit back, watch, ask questions, then move when you’re comfortable.

Ordering direct sounds easy until you realize you don’t know what to do after it lands. Having a group that actually knows what they’re doing helps more than people think. Shipping takes time. Delays happen.

Personally, I stick to trusted groups, I’m in 20+ watch how they move, and join deals when it makes sense. Bulk usually comes out better anyway. If you’re not familiar with grey, don’t rush it.

PSA: chinese peptide suppliers

Guys, please for the love of god do your due diligence. The amount of BS being fed and believed blows my mind. This is an unregulated market on either side. Use critical thinking, and always remember that everything in life has trade offs.

Your local resellers = high cost, low risk
Buying direct from china = low cost, higher risk

The only way for you to lower that risk is to do your own testing to verify purity and quality. Anyone telling you they are source factory is LYING. Anyone telling you they are a “plug” to the factory is lying. Selling peptides in china is not permitted. The actual factories have a pharmaceutical or cosmetic manufacturing background and are making this under the table, have to stay INVISIBLE. They stick to a tight circle of trusted b2b partners who move serious volume. Who distributor to resellers, to resellers, to you. Each time it passes hands is another markup. None of those close to the actual source are in your DMs on Reddit, lol.

Your domestic resellers are easily marking up 4-5x their cost. Some Chinese resellers are also getting up to 3x, based on the price sheets I’ve seen.

Why should you listen to me? You shouldn’t. You should ALWAYS do your own research in this industry. I’m only sharing what I’ve learned from living in China and watchinf this all unfold.

What’s everyone’s honest opinion on Chinese peptide suppliers these days?

Seems like a huge percentage of the market ultimately traces back to China anyway, but opinions online are extremely mixed.

Some people say quality has improved a lot.
Others still think consistency and trust are major issues.

Curious what experiences people here have had recently.

🔥 This Overlooked Industry Is Making Everyday People Rich 💰

What if I told you there's a business you can start without a fancy degree, without massive investment, and without years of experience — where your "office" is the open wilderness and your customers come back again and again with huge smiles on their faces? While everyone else is fighting over saturated markets like dropshipping or food delivery, smart entrepreneurs are quietly building 6-figure incomes in the ATV industry. And the best part? There's still plenty of room for YOU. 🚵‍♂️

What Exactly Is an ATV? 🤔

An All-Terrain Vehicle (ATV) is a powerful four-wheeled machine built to conquer any surface — mud, sand, snow, rocks, you name it. Rugged, versatile, and in massive global demand, these beasts are more than just a thrill ride — they're a serious business opportunity backed by a $7+ billion market that grows every single year.

How Do You Make Money? 💵

The beauty of this business is that there's no single path — there are FOUR. You can launch an ATV rental & tour company charging $50–$200+ per session, open a high-demand repair & maintenance shop, build a jaw-dropping adventure park with trails and obstacle courses, or run an ATV dealership selling to farmers, hunters, and outdoor enthusiasts. Each model is profitable on its own — combine two and you've got something truly powerful.

The Bottom Line 🌍

Low entry barrier. Growing market. Passionate customers. The road less traveled is made of mud, gravel, and pure opportunity — and it's waiting for you right now ⚙️🔥

💬 So tell us — would YOU start an ATV business, or are you already in the game? Drop a comment below 👇

Sourcing agent in China recommendation

Hello everyone! I'm looking for a sourcing agent based in China. Preferably one specializing in power banks. From what I understand, Shenzhen in China is quite strong in this field, right?

I need this agent to help me find genuine factories and conduct thorough on-site quality inspections before shipment.

I want to avoid intermediaries who communicate poorly or constantly raise prices during the collaboration. This can seriously impact the quality of our partnership and the growth of my business, so I'm being very cautious.

So, does anyone have any China sourcing agents to recommend? Or any advice to share? Any suggestions or genuine recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

What separates legit peptide sources from sketchy ones

I’ve been going down the rabbit hole on peptides lately and I’m realizing how big the quality gap can be between different sources.

Some people say COAs are enough, others say they can be faked. Then there’s purity %, storage, shipping conditions, etc… feels like there’s a lot that can go wrong.

For those of you who’ve been in this space a while—what do you actually look for to decide if something is legit?

Not asking for brands, just trying to understand how you personally filter out low-quality stuff vs the real deal. (Feel free to dm)

Forwarder holding my shipment hostage and requiring extra fees— advice on how to compell her to release my shipment ?

My situation:

I purchased a medical ultrasound machine (DUS60) from a manufacturer in Xuzhou, China. Before shipping, I sent Ms. Minnie Yang from Shenzhen Qcyt Freight Forwarder Co., Ltd a pdf description of an equivalent device (in the description it clearly stated that the product has a rechargeable lithium battery) and I put her in direct contact with the manufacturer so she could ask all necessary questions about the product, packaging, electricity, battery, etc.

After speaking with the supplier, she confirmed a shipping price and I proceeded with the shipment. The machine was delivered by my supplier to the address she provided, which is her company's warehouse in Shenzhen.

Problem:

Two days after receiving the machine, she suddenly claimed there was a problem ("the product is electrified") and started increasing the shipping cost.

I demanded that she sends my product to another forwarder whose address I gave her: she refused to pay the return delivery fee even though she's responsible for changing the terms of our agreement, she refused to create an invoice on Alibaba so that I pay for it.

I created an SF Express return order (Waybill: SF0229794611374) to send the machine back to the original supplier. However, she claimed she was that according to her company's policy, she is the one who has to apply for a pickup order and my supplier has to pay for it.

I told my supplier I would pay him so he could make the payment, he called her but she required some extra fee (about 100 rmb, not much but not right).

She is currently holding my machine hostage in her warehouse in Shenzhen, even though I have not yet paid the shipping fee and I am willing to have the machine returned to the supplier.

This situation is causing me serious financial loss and delay.

I would like to know:

What legal options or other action I can do, to make her release or return of my goods. Please go into details.

Thanks for your assistance.

Importing from China is easy… until you try to pay the supplier

I’m planning to start importing products from China and right now my biggest issue is payments.

The supplier I’m talking to only accepts Alipay, bank transfer, and PayPal. If I use PayPal, they charge an extra 4.8%, which is a lot since the products already have low margins and heavy competition.

I currently have a zero forex markup card with good exchange rates, but under India’s LRS scheme there’s the ₹10 lakh limit, after which 20% TDS applies. That becomes a big problem for larger payments.

From what I understand:

  • Personal cards, Wise, PayPal, etc. still come under LRS
  • Business/current account wire transfers may not fall under personal LRS
  • But SWIFT/wire transfers also have extra charges like:
    • bank fees
    • intermediary bank fees
    • forex markup
    • supplier receiving fees sometimes

The problem is that even small fees become a lot on bigger payments. For example, if I pay ₹10 lakh for goods, even a 2–5% extra cost becomes a huge amount and can completely affect profit margins.

For people who regularly import from China:

  • What payment methods do you usually use?
  • Which banks give the best forex rates for business payments?
  • Are there any other commonly used payment methods besides PayPal, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and bank transfer?

Would appreciate advice from people who regularly deal with Chinese suppliers, especially Indian importers.
