So I'm about to start Reta for weight loss but now I'm second guessing my original plan of losing weight first and building muscle later, because apparently doing straight cardio while on Reta is a recipe for muscle loss which I definitely can't afford since I've already lost enough from just doing cardio lol. I'm going to start strength training again, but should I also go ahead and stack with IGF-1 LR3 and CJC-1295 now, or just wait until I'm done cutting?
Because your supposed to be in a calorie deficit to lose weight and in a surplus to gain mass so it seems I'm kinda at an impass And if stacking during a cut is the move, what's a good stack to run? Someone save me I want to get big but also not stay chud big o
