Its an absolute fucking joke, ive been tossed around for months with contradiction after contradiction landing on thst my account was to be reinstated, which it just then wasn't, and now ive been told by the all accounts "savior" of this subreddit, that everything ivd been told is a lie

So a while ago, I randomly I got banned for "Ban Evasion" for some reason, and none of the reason stated in the policy lines up and I believe it to be false.
Whenever I tried to appeal it in the Discord Support it always gives this same automated reply. I've already clicked on the Review for this violation and no actions were taken but an email saying they've maintained their decision.
Is there any other way I can appeal this for my account? Thank you everyone!

I've been getting flagged for this constantly, lately. Every time its been after I send 3+ images in a single message, but whether or not it even happens at all seems to be random. At least I'm lucky enough that it's only been temporary suspensions and not any full-on bans, but I really can never know if the app will suddenly be done with me and a message will suddenly be my last.
I was banned not even a full minute after sending that message.
I mean the real stupid time was a month ago when my account got flagged for sending NSFW artwork.... In a channel properly labeled as being NSFW. And I know that nobody reported me because that also happened only seconds after I sent the message in there, I don't think reporting someone in that amount of time is even humanly possible.
This is just making me want to quit Discord entirely, but it feels like everybody I know uses it, so if I left, that would just cut off communication with so many people...... Even my friends IRL would rather use Discord to communicate rather than anything else.
This didn't happen to me at all until around February of this year, and my account is years old. I have 2FA, there's been no other access to my account, no spam messages sent to anyone, but I guess that this app considers multiple images in a single message to be spam nowadays.
Going to Reddit to complain about this feels pathetic of me but god I am just so pissed RN.
I've had this fear in my gut that if I mess up my first apeal, I'll lose all access of my account forever and ever. And that I need to make the perfect appeal message
long story short, former friend sent gore in a gc with me and 2 other guys, we reported it because it was out of hand, resulting in him getting multiple violations and eventually banned. next day he started spam reporting my account in particular which led to it getting banned at 4 violations. after it already was banned, it got 4 more violations, i sent appeals for all of them except for the last one. currently the account has 5 active violations, is there any hope of getting it back?
if my IP is detected, is that ban instant? how long do i have to wait to be sure it didnt flag anything?

Bad habit of saving all my porn on discord to the point I autopilot and messed up by a copy and pasting into my personal server (only I’m in it) and didn’t realize it was CSAM (thumbnail) until it was too late, deleted it but the ban hammer came already
I know I messed up and I already deleted everything I have and already booked an appt with lawyers and therapy

My account got terminated for ban evasion 4 days ago, even though i’ve been using the same account for 9, nearly 10 years. I legit got home from work, and i was sitting in my car outside my house, and i got a dm from my friend asking me to join some roblox server with like 20k members, so he could get early access to a game. as soon as i skipped all the roles, it showed up as my account being terminated???? I’ve tried contacting support but haven’t gotten a response yet, and it’s just so frustrating. i understand i have to wait until someone can actually get back to me about it, but how am i meant to play games and call people :( i’ve spent quite a bit of money on that account, and i have a lot of online friends who i only have added on there, who i can now no longer speak to. I dont want to make a new account, because then it actually will be ban evasion???? and i also just want MY account back because it has a lot of memories and important things on there:( i’ve done a lot of reading and majority of people who have been termed got ban evasion don’t ever get their accounts back, and it’s so sad considering it’s a false ban. does anyone have any advice? or should i just give up knowing i most likely will not get it back
I have an archive server for ALL of my photos in the past 4 years and recently my main account was banned for some stupid shit. i check today while im archiving new stuff from my alt that ALL of my messages from my old account are just, removed. is there any way to recover this?
Hello members of r/BannedFromDiscord. I’ve recently managed to log back onto a suspended account today. I am able to send messages without any problem, and log onto my other devices as well. Weird enough, I’ve recently gotten the response from the automated appeal process saying that the violation will still affect my account till it expires. However, in behind the scenes I’ve been going through discord support tickets and my ticket got passed to another staff member who marked it as solved but in the same time frames, the server that got me banned, two security bots have been added to it. It was an old server I’ve owned, and I was considering deleting it. I did manage to delete the server today, and I was wondering what you guys take would be on this matter?
Same reason as last year :/, like why i barely even talked in it plus it's not like I created the server

So I got a flag for something I didn't actually do, phantom content of mine was removed somewhere, I appealed it saying I didn't violate the policy, which was made even more obvious cuz in the email about appealing, they didn't list what the content was. I woke up this morning to get a pleasant surprise in my email. They actually REMOVED a violation from my account in under 4 hours! They did something RIGHT for a change!
Someone definitely reported me but I find the idea of discord just silencing me on their own for saying this much more funny
Hey everyone, I’m posting this on behalf of a friend who is stuck in a total deadlock with Discord support and I wanted to see if anyone has advice.
My friend’s account was banned over a satirical image—clearly meant as humor and definitely not violating any safety or minor-related policies. It’s frustrating because we see gore, racist, and pornographic GIFs all over the platform that never get flagged, but he gets a permanent ban for a meme.
Here is why it’s getting ridiculous:
Discord basically took his money twice and then gave him a set of instructions that are technically impossible to follow because of the ban itself.
Has anyone here dealt with this "App Appeal" loop when the app is totally unresponsive? Any way to get a real human to look at the ticket instead of getting the same automated bot response over and over? He’s considering a bank chargeback at this point.

acc might be banned in around a week from now... ive tried ticketing, bbb, threatening arbitration even tho mightve did that wrong, and some more tickets, but still dont have my account back. what should I do yall? should i try to ticket again? should i try to just accept defeat and request my data?
So I've had this happen to me a few times with my support tickets (currently trying to get my account reinstated, got suspended back in March) and I'm not entirely sure why this happens? I'll see someone get assigned to the ticket, then much later into the day they're no longer assigned to the ticket? I have another ticket where it was originally assigned to someone on support, then their name was gone, and then just left open. Since this subreddit is pretty well-experienced in dealing with discord support being cryptic, I was wondering if you guys had any answers? Thanks.
