

When a ticket gets assigned to someone from support, then no longer assigned to them, what does that mean?
So I've had this happen to me a few times with my support tickets (currently trying to get my account reinstated, got suspended back in March) and I'm not entirely sure why this happens? I'll see someone get assigned to the ticket, then much later into the day they're no longer assigned to the ticket? I have another ticket where it was originally assigned to someone on support, then their name was gone, and then just left open. Since this subreddit is pretty well-experienced in dealing with discord support being cryptic, I was wondering if you guys had any answers? Thanks.
