Napaka init sa Venice Mall

Is it just me or nagtitipid ang mga megaworld malls especially venice mall? Pag open ng mall ang init init pa din. Samantalang most of SM and Ayala malls pag open ng mall lamig ang bubungad sayo. Keep up megaworld malls!

Edit: I noticed this even before summer but now na summer na I thought they would adjust in some way for their customers but wala

Do you guys have any places in BGC that you miss since they're not around anymore? I have been living outside of Manila for a year now and i just miss hanging out in BGC...i'd like to hear some of your stories 🥲

I remember my 18th birthday, it was 2012 and me and my girlfriends ate at Johnny Rockets at Forbes Town. I had PHP 1,000 which i spent on burgers, i felt so rich!

During my internship, my bosses also took me out to dinner at Zong, iirc it was in The Fort Strip. Some days after, i had my first alcholic drink at The Distillery.

I also missed Chelsea at Serendra! I liked their pumpkin soup sooo much.

Paik's Coffee at High Street had one of the best iced coffees imo.

After school, my friends and i would travel all the way from UST to eat at McDonalds at 32nd and 5th!

And many more years earlier, i remember there was an MTV building in an almost-flat BGC landscape.

I miss Manila! 😭🩷

Frustrated with trash and dog poop everywhere at Burgos Circle in BGC. Can we do better? 🗑️🐕

I don’t get it. There are decent trash bins all around Burgos Circle, yet so many people still can’t be bothered to throw their trash properly.

I walk my baby there almost every day and it’s honestly so disappointing to see the area littered with garbage.

BGC is supposed to be one of the nicer parts of the city, but this is just making it look and feel dirty.

What’s even more frustrating is seeing pet walkers (or hired dog walkers) standing around gossiping with each other while their dogs pee and poop freely and then they just leave it there without cleaning up. No bags, no effort, nothing.

If you’re a pet owner who hires someone to walk your dog, please educate them properly.
Teach them to always clean up after their pets. Bring poop bags, and maybe even a small water spray bottle to wash away pee spots.
It’s basic responsibility, not just for the cleanliness of the park, but for everyone else walking there, especially kids and babies.

We all enjoy the open space and the vibe at Burgos Circle. Let’s keep it clean and respectful for everyone. Small actions like this make a huge difference.

What do you guys think? Has anyone else noticed this?

Hindi ko na nakikita yung dog sa may McDonalds Kalayaan, may alam ba kayo? 🙁

Usually nasa McDonalds siya sa umaga, tapos pag hapon gumagala doon sa station ng UV. Marunong din siya tumawid sa kabilang streets. Lately, hindi ko na siya nakikita.

I really enjoyed going here every sunday to attend a mass. I love the ambiance here (and the AC is definitely a plus with this scorching heat we got this time.), but is it just me, or has the choir’s sound changed lately? Not sure if it’s the acoustics or the sound system, but something feels a bit off. Still a beautiful service, though!

Hi! Any one knows which day hindi crowded best to go to Pag-Ibig Satellite Office at SM Aura? Please help! 😥

I went there yesterday (Monday), natrauma ako sa pila ng SSS but had to deal with it.

Also only found out Pag-Ibig is closed during Mondays.

Anyway, I was there from 8:30AM, I finished at around 3:30PM. Naiyak talaga ko! Mas matagal pa ung waiting time than the actual processing that only took less than 10min. The place was NOT conducive and was at OVER capacity too. Hirap huminga, LITERAL. Nakakaawa government employees dun sa branch na un, the person that processed what I need said ganon daw dun daily.

Super traumatized na bumalik but have to fix something with my Pag-Ibig membership 😭😣

so what is the juice about the marshalls making the motors go on the Old Lawton ave at night? Hindi ba laging sinasara yun kapag gabi? Nalalate tuloy ako kapag doon pinapadaan yung move it/angkas ko kapag papasok to work.

Dude from the mountains, now going to live in BGC. Advice me please

Taga Baguio po ako and dahil sa work, mapapadpad ako sa BGC. Pahinginnaman po ng tips?

  1. Best place to rent?

Magtratrabaho po ako malapit sa Singapore Embassy. May alam po ba kayong magandang malapit na pagrerentahan? Own CR, Aircon, secure, walking distance, atleast has bed and ref. Nagsesearch po ako online so far everythings 20k+ jeez ubos agad sahod ko.

May nag advice sakin na sa "staff housing" at maraming pagpipilihan duon pero mejo broad yung location and wala akong makitang info.

Isang advice naman is Pembo pero mukang puno naman na duon?

At mukang madami na rin nasscam sa pghhanap ng pgrerentahan duon.

  1. Best place for groceries?

So far s&r and "landers" mga nakita kong malapit. Baka meron pang mas ok presyohan?

  1. Where to eat?

Mejo natakot ako sa presyo nuong pumunta ako sa BGC, kaya the whole day 7/11 lang ako breakfast, lunch and dinner. San po reasonably priced ang mga pagkain duon?

  1. Advice for driving?

Baka hiramin ko yung bigbike ng kapit bahay na naka tambak lang, xr650L. Reliable ba yung google maps? May mga nakikita akong nahuhuli at nakokotongan pagka mali ang liko, medyo nakakatakot baka mabiktima rin ako. May mga daanan na nakalagay sa google maps eh diretso pero may tatlong lanes minsan eh nakakalito kung san pwepwesto

  1. What to do to blend in?

When in Rome, do as the Romans do. I want to adapt and be respectful to the people there. Ano po yung mga do's and dont's nyo sa taguig?
