These past few years I have become more and more active politically and have noticed that there are people in my environment that have complete different ideologies than I do.
To be able to distance myself from them I wanted to ask what are the symbols that I should watch out for that they use to mark themselves as right on social media?
Example : 88 or 444; or different kind of stars?
Are there more? If so what?

More than 1,100 artists have signed an open letter calling for a boycott of next month’s Eurovision Song Contest in Vienna, Austria, over the inclusion of Israel “despite its ongoing genocide in Gaza.”
The letter was produced by No Music For Genocide, which calls for a cultural boycott of Israel in line with the Boycott, Divestment, Sanctions (BDS) movement. Among the signatories are Brian Eno, Roger Waters, Macklemore, Hot Chip, Peter Gabriel, Paul Weller, Sigur Rós, Kneecap, Paloma Faith, and Massive Attack. Former Eurovision winners Emmelie de Forest and Charlie McGettigan have also signed.

Republicans Against Birth Control?
In my state I’ve seen plenty of push from republicans against abortions, which makes sense as it’s the south. But I’ve also seen them against birth control and contraceptives. The reasons are confusing and at risk of sounding like a conspiracy theorist I’ve got some possible explanations. I would like to know what evidence can be brought to refute these theories.
- More kids means more future voters.
- Controversy gives them a high ground among certain demographics.
- A kid is time taken away from research and possibly voting.
- If not prepared the parents will need government aid.
I’ve tried to leave out specific words that make this more outlandish. These are the broader versions of my questions. So please tell me if there is any evidence against this.
