Recently went on a blind date in Ahmedabad and honestly it was surprisingly awesome 😭

The interesting part is the organiser wasn’t even from Ahmedabad. They’re apparently trying to start some kind of blind date / meetup service here. From what I understood, it’s free for girls and boys pay for the experience.

At first I thought it would be awkward or scammy, but the whole thing was actually well managed and the vibe was fun. Didn’t expect Ahmedabad to have this kind of thing already 😂

Anyone else heard about these kinds of dating meetup services in Ahmedabad? Curious if this is becoming a trend now.

Been thinking of organizing a small meet-up for people in Ahmedabad who are building things.

Founders, startup people, creators, agency owners, developers, freelancers, ecom brands, students building projects — basically anyone serious about creating something.

The idea is simple:
- meet like-minded people
- talk business/content/startups
- exchange ideas & experiences
- maybe even find collaborators/friends

Not a formal event or paid networking thing. Just a chill gathering with ambitious people.

Hi, so I had visited this park last year. I don't remember the name nor the area.

But it had a pond like area with a little bridge. Mostly visited by chumma chati couples or people wanting photo shoot.

The pond had some lotus leaves. It was not too big, like size of a room.

There was no grass as such. Good sitting area, variety of flowers with small title boards. The bridge was curvy not flat, not too long.

it does NOT have any rides or play area. Just good sitting area throughout sorrounded by trees and plants, which gives privacy and great view in the evening.

Not parimal, not vastrapur. Way smaller, but big enough.

Sometimes people would come and study alone on certain benches.

Please help me identify. It was pretty.
