Planning a meetup at club07 on Friday evening shela 6pm onwards. Dm if interested. Just a meetup of Redditors who live near the area or don’t mind driving over to meet other Redditors. Open for all.

If your married feel free to bring your spouse or kid/s but let me know in dm. If you’re solo that’s fine too. It’s an open meetup for Redditors and extended to family. However letting me know in advance via dm allows me to ensure we don’t over load whereby true conversations can’t take place. Don’t want to go over a limit to ensure genuine conversations and casual conversations can take place in a positive and meaningful way.

Also update : there is a Rs 25-30 guest entry fee one has to pay to enter the club as a guest under main member. Since it’s nominal I won’t ask you to pay but if you wish to you may. Leave it to you. It’s just too trivial for me to bother about to be honest I don’t think it’s worth even me discussing but yes totally up to you.

Early Morning Riverfront cycling on Thursday - 7th May 2026

Some of us Redditors are cycling from 5:30/5:45AM on the riverfront road starting from the main mybyk stand.

We plan to do at least 5KM each (or more) starting at 6AM sharp. This is a great way for Redditors to meet each other and do something together that involves fitness and fun. Its a great way to work out at the same time talk while cycling. Some other members are planning to walk as well (those that don't wish to cycle) so we intend to possibly have two groups - though the cyclists have confirmed attendance so far.

I am personally driving early and have 2 seats free in my car - so if anyone is on the way and needs a ride or pickup - we can try to accomodate. DM again for details.

This is open to all - however if you let us know in advance via DM it makes co-ordination and making sure we start together.

However we recommend you know how to ride a bicycle as last time we had this one of the participants told us she did not know how to ride a bicycle and had a hard time getting thins done. So we hope to avoid that repeat incident. :)) (Yes there are people who have never learn to ride one!)

IF you don't have a bicycle you can rent one out directly from mybyk and if you do own one, you bring it along.

5 of us are already pre confirmed (we do this weekly on Thursdays) and we are adding more. As this is a public location event - you can join directly if you want - but if you are looking to co-ordinate (as mentioned above) and meet up together and cycle together - its aways good to DM so we can get everyone added into a temporary single group to make co-ordination easy.

The main cyclist who is leading this meetup is a 15 year old redditor and does about 100 KM a week or so.

Once again this open for all - irrespective of age and doesnt require any prior confirmation unless you want to plan to do this together.

PS - we are doing a fun filled badminton morning - mostly booking 3-4 courts - this weekend too! Best for beginners or non competitive players as its more fun oriented and not at all competitive.

Meetup of reddit members at 130pm

More than 10 Reddit members are meeting today at my place at ambli today Sunday. This is an open invite (age gender no bar) for anyone wishing to join in. Dm if genuinely interested. Good way to have meaningful conversations. This is the 10th or 11th event / meetup hosted. There are no fees or charges. Only for Redditors!

Absolutely no smoking anywhere at my place is allowed. No illegal substances. We have a valet service for 4 wheelers and a reception and separate security guard and screening system at our apartment. Wheelchairs are also available in case needed.

For 3 people , max 4 hrs , 2 hrs in morning 11-1pm , 2 hrs in evening 5-7pm.

Big Bash Meetup IRL

After the huge success of our first meetup last week where we brought together 17 members IRL aged between 19 to 47 including as young as 1 month old members to 15 year old Reddit OG members, then the second movie meetup for Fuze movie, and then a third meet up over a video call with 22 participants (everyone with their cameras on - no catfishes) we are taking it to the next level.

For those who would like to know more about me, I have already updated my profile social links. For those wondering about my x days account status - I’m a 7 year old Redditor who deleted his account and re entered days later not realizing once you delete you don’t get a 14-30 day extension and once deleted the account is gone forever instantly.

Almost all the people I have met IRL can vouch for me and what we are doing. And yes indeed we do events with a decent mix from all genders.

We are planning this weekend what we indent to call The Big Bash Meetup where Reddit members will meet up with non Reddit members and introduce Reddit to those who don’t even know about Reddit, and make friends and have genuine conversations.

So why are we doing this ? Our intention has never been about taking people away from Reddit or reducing its population. In fact the entire purpose of this event is because lots of people (non IT) don’t even know about Reddit and there is a lot of sharing of information that can take place here across the / subreddits.

Secondly it’s a great way for many of you to create friendships across Reddit IRL (in real life) and also allows you to access kind and genuine people from other places.

We also understand that it’s NOT EASY to make friends for some of you, and for others NOT EASY to find people who just CLICK. So we want to have a larger meetup where you mix and match and talk and have introductions and conversations and figure out who you seem to VIBE with.

However we also have seen there are a lot of scams, lots of bad intention people out there and people who just reply with TROLLS and NEGATIVE ENERGY. The purpose is to avoid such people during the meetups and meet people who are looking for positive connections (thereby not inviting or bringing in negative energy people - let them keep trolling anonymously online).

There are various individuals sharing direct WhatsApp links allowing random negative people to enter and eventually genuine people either get stuck or in a mess. There are even WhatsApp groups setup where admins are of genders to mislead others of the same gender. They allow anyone and everyone to enter without filters thus compromising the safety of all the rest.

We are hoping to help slowly solve this by allowing genuinely positive experience seekers to meet and have MEANINGFUL CONVERSATIONS and events and experiences.
