3yrs ago I prayed to the Lord to work here since it's my dream company. Now, I'll be sending my resignation letter, as I found new company that will pay me well based on my expertise and experience. Sweet goodbye to ACN, ayoko sana umalis sobrang na-overwhelm ako sa mga nangyayari at totoo ACN cannot pay bills anymore lalo na ngayong tumataas ang bills. Hindi ko na maantay ang June kahit possible na may increase, I love ACN so much pero hindi ako mapapakain ng Love na yan at ang family ko.

Lagi na lang may lumalabas sa feed ko dito sa Reddit at FB confessions tungkol sa same project, same type of men, same uncomfortable experiences from women in the workplace.

Nakakapagod basahin kasi halatang recurring issue na siya and hindi na isolated case. Valid yung galit, disgust, at takot niyo. No woman deserves to feel unsafe or uncomfortable just because she’s trying to do her job. Pero sana hindi lang hanggang anonymous posts. I hope the women experiencing this gather the courage to report these kinds of men through the right channels din — HR, ethics, management, or anyone within the company na may authority to actually hold them accountable.

Kasi habang tinatawanan lang ng iba or ginagawang “normal office behavior,” lalo silang nagiging kampante. Workplace harassment and creepy behavior shouldn’t be tolerated.

I will be a graduating student from Big 4 uni. I was planning to apply at Accenture sana but I read a lot of negative comments and hindi ko siguro masisikmura yung experiences nila if nangyari sakin.

Thank you sobrang busy ng manager namin nangamusta lang pero wala naman binanggit about June performance kineso so I don't know what to ask din.

I'm not expecting anything naman po so I'm just genuinely curious.

Also nagtanong tanong na din naman ako sa iba kong teammates if kinausap na sila pero, nangamusta lang din daw ung manager namin.

Hello! I just got rolled off from a project due to their budget and this is my 2nd week sa bench. Almost 2 years din ako sa project. Before my rolled off date, ang dami kong interviews. 2-3 interviews a day straight for 1 week. Na soft lock pa ako but then hindi na nag reach out c client after my 2nd interview. Nung na bench na ako, 1 lang ang interview ko at wala pang update. Nakakapanghina pala. Yung anxiety ko tumataas. Sa mga cl9, ilang weeks o months po kayo ngstay sa bench? Plan ko kumuha ng mga certifications as much as I can bago maabutan ng redundancy.

This week na ire-release sa Executive yung result nung June Promotions and Increase? Then the following week pwede mag discuss sa talents nila? If yes, kumusta ang budget for increase this cycle? ☺️

Passed my resignation this week due to incorrect role, I'm from DevOps pero sa current project ko pang IT Ops ang hawak ko because I am multi skill, I am also a top performer that delivered client satisfaction/commendations, delivered A.I, Improvements/Automations and top ticket contributor pero ibang role :(

I think walang role alignment sa ACN basta napakikinabangan ka, alredy requested alignment sa manager and project lead pero wala sila pakialam kaya bye muna.

Pa bulong naman ng magandang company that support learning and growth :)

Hello po. Ask lang if eligible din ang probi s hot skill bonus? Marami n kasing naka receive n email about s bonus, pero wala parin akong narereceive. Pasok naman yung proficiency ko dun s min. requirement. Kanino ko ba pwede iraise tong concern?

For context po, kaka4 years ko palang, then its my 3rd project na dib. Then nagsend ng meeting invite yung Manager ko tomorrow for face to face discussion.

Will the project be compromised if all their documents and communication photos are spread around? Even the figures and revenue earnings of the project and database, if they get leaked, is it dangerous for the managers? Europe project ito.

Hello, actually new joiner pa lng ako wala pa ako sa mismo sa team ko pero na heads up-an na ako na ibang banyaga daw mag tratrain at magiging ka team ko tas ako lng daw ung pinoy. ngayon palang medyo na anxious na ako haha and lumevel up ang pressure kase nga diba, dun palang sa wala kang kasama na same language mo lol! medyo exciting? yes kase first time ko tas ganto agad wahahaha.

Ask sana ako kung may experience kayo and ano kaya mga expectations and mga na encounters niyo? then overall prefered niyo ba ung ganto?

hello ACN. question lang. bakit kaya sobra dami kong application sa workday since last year pero never pa ako umabot kahit initial interview as in wala pa ako nakakausap na interviewer or kahit schedule man lang ng interview sa email wala. nasa 50 applications na ata na submit ko. possible kaya na blacklsited ako? or auto rejected application ko? possible din ba na may tao sa ACN na pina block ako? may mga kaibigan kasi ako sa ACN baka kako pinapaharang application ko? nakakapag taka kasi pagka submit ko after a week. hindi na agad na coconsider. Hi guys! So nag aapply apply n ko! May nakukuha naman kaso madalas need start ASAP kaya tumatanggi kase gusto ko magrender respeto lang kay ACN at amangement.

Ngayon may nahanap ako na twice ng salary ko from ACN pero same dilemma need to start on Next Monday agad, di pa naman sure dahil last na si client call, pero habanf waiting sa client call papalapit n rin ang May 18. Any thoughts guys? Just in case it happens, wala ba ako makukuhang backpay or final pay? What if before myte deadline ako mag resign? Or what if tuesday ako mag paalam to resign on friday, pwede kaya yun, 3 day notice?
