Is it possible na ma-reactivate yung application after declinig it pero nagbago yung mind ko and want to accept the offer na?

I’m torn between reviewing again or signing the job offer. I’ve already taken the CPALE twice, but unfortunately, I didn’t pass both times. Recently, I tried applying for a job and now I already have a JO.

Now, I honestly don’t know what to do anymore. I’m having a hard time deciding whether I should sign the JO and try to balance work with my refresher/review, or just focus on being a full-time reviewee again.
