Lagi na lang may lumalabas sa feed ko dito sa Reddit at FB confessions tungkol sa same project, same type of men, same uncomfortable experiences from women in the workplace.
Nakakapagod basahin kasi halatang recurring issue na siya and hindi na isolated case. Valid yung galit, disgust, at takot niyo. No woman deserves to feel unsafe or uncomfortable just because she’s trying to do her job. Pero sana hindi lang hanggang anonymous posts. I hope the women experiencing this gather the courage to report these kinds of men through the right channels din — HR, ethics, management, or anyone within the company na may authority to actually hold them accountable.
Kasi habang tinatawanan lang ng iba or ginagawang “normal office behavior,” lalo silang nagiging kampante. Workplace harassment and creepy behavior shouldn’t be tolerated.
