If my stats teacher is bad at teaching, what should i do?

I signed up for ap stats for next year, I talked to some students that had the stats teacher and they said she did not teach well.

What should I do to prepare or what should I do when I have her?

Tv frq part b

For part b for the tv frq, did you guys find convincing statistical evidence or no? I used binomcdf for this part and wasn’t sure if that was the right move, but the conditions for it were met. I get 0.35 something and concluded that it wasn’t significant

Easiest AP exam ever

I took this class online and slacked off all year and realized yesterday morning i needed to lock tf in. I didnt remember anything except maybe a little of unit 1 and 2. Watched like 5 hours of review while scrolling reels and got a 5 on the practice exam last night. Took the test this morning and that shi was EASY dude I feel bad for anyone who had to take this class every day for a full year. If you havent taken it yet good luck but you wont need it you'll be fine if you know anything at all

finals/grades help pls! 🥹

im so incredibly irritated because I’ve actually been keeping up with my work, turning in stuff that’s missing, getting good grades on my homework and tests… so naturally when I check my math grade you’d assume that’d it be good, right??

THIRTY FIVE MISSING ASSIGNMENTS?? AND A D-????

im actually SO CONFUSED. it makes no sense. I went through the missing assignments and they’re literally the ones I’ve turned in. so I guess my teacher just hasn’t been grading????? or hasn’t been unmarking them as missing? I don’t know but im so confused and annoyed because that was so much work for nothing.

we only have this week to turn stuff in so (unfortunately) im gonna use AI and some of my friends help so it won’t be impossible, but this just stressed me out so bad and completely threw off my day. finals are next week and I really don’t want to fail, especially when I should’ve been doing great. someone tips pls or just comfort 💔💔💔💔💔

for anyone who doesn't know me i'm australian and somehow talked myself into taking ap stats this year which has been an experience to say the least. anyway i just walked out of the exam and i feel like i need to debrief. the MCQ was really heavy on inference, like a lot of confidence intervals and hypothesis testing questions kept showing up, t tests, z tests, you name it. there were also a decent amount of questions on probability and random variables which caught me a little off guard because i was expecting more on exploring data. the FRQ section had a good chunk focused on experimental design, like setting up a proper experiment, identifying variables, explaining randomization and why it matters. there was also a question that got into inference for slopes which if you didn't review that specifically probably stung a bit. and then the investigative task at the end was honestly the most involved thing on the whole exam, it was testing your ability to pull everything together and reason through a multi part problem, ours touched on sampling distributions and drawing conclusions from data which sounds simple but the way they worded it made you really have to think. overall i thought it was a fair exam but you had to actually understand the concepts, not just memorize formulas. if you're still prepping just make sure you know your inference procedures cold and understand how to write a proper conclusion because that comes up constantly. also shoutout to my aussie friends who had absolutely no idea what i was stressing about for the past three months, love you guys but you don't get it.

score for five?

before the test i saw a lot of people speculating what percent is needed for a 5, and people were talking about how it depends on the test difficulty, especially the investigative task. after taking the test, and getting the released frq's what do y'all think the percent needed for a five will be (east coast btw)? thanks!

anyone else get a different frq set with fisher's exact test etc?

ive seen almost no one have the same frqs as me… i had fisher's exact test for q6; and the others included a t test for a difference in means for origami, a mosaic plot of different grades and a teacher calculating how many students will join a club, an experimental design with stratified sampling for junior vs senior clerks, one about an LSRL, and i cant remember anything ab q1

AP Stats exam was pretty easy

hi guys just took the stats exam for US and i found it really easy even tho i didnt study for it like at all. i was a little worried since i had to lock in on physics 1 and 2 so i didnt take a look at anything from stat. mcqs were not bad overall i think i got 5 wrong at most. frqs were also way easier than i thought, most of the parts are easy the only thing is that they’re really long (last frq has 4 parts each with like 3 subparts 💀) and even then theres alot of partial credit to earn. if anyone else took it and wants to discuss answers lmk
