Folks if you take a look at the comments here.. (the mass majority are not complaining about fair game play) they are complaing about fraud.. unable to cash out… locked accounts.. no access to support…

Everyone needs to report them to their local gaming commission and their license holders. I’ve filed a report with OLG gaming here in Canada and we will either have them acting ethically or out of business.

This sites just a scam… they don’t pay players they don’t have any sort of support (except this fake account) and they use bots and software to manipulate tournaments.

You know it’s a clear fraud when you can’t access support from the app and they don’t have a simple phone number.

My question has not been answered.

I want to know why I did not receive rakeback for the weeks:

20.01 – 26.01
27.01 – 02.02

In both cases, I generated over $200 in rake.

I am very disappointed with this support. In 2024, the support was excellent — I would have rated it 10/10.
Now it has been almost one month without a proper response.

I only did not receive rakeback for these two weeks — after that, everything was normal until my account was banned.

This all happened 6 months before my ban.

Anyone can judge for themselves how competent operations at 888 really are.

After that they asked me to rate their help. How many stars should i give the support? How many would you give?

since Friday last week i am unable to play on 888 Poker due to "technical issues" with the regulating system in Germany. But while i cannot play anything, i see that there are a lot of german people in the player lists of those tournaments i cant register for. I have written several Emails to the customer support, but they refuse to answer me.

Does anyone else have the same Problems and can any employer tell me, when i will be able to play again? Its getting pretty annoying slowly, plz do sth about it!
