If you have played here do a charge back on the deposit. The banks and processing companies know these guys are a fraud and will refund your money. If we can’t contact them… the banks can’t either and they won fight it and eventually 888 won’t be able to use those methods and they will lose money and finally go out of business
This sites just a scam… they don’t pay players they don’t have any sort of support (except this fake account) and they use bots and software to manipulate tournaments.

Would it not be a bright idea to fix real issues and make customers happy then provide BS excuses… I tried to use a bonus sent to me via email.. look at the picture… I then try and use the bonus… it won’t let me… it takes my deposit (big shocker the fraud takes my money and doesn’t honor the promo…

Folks if you take a look at the comments here.. (the mass majority are not complaining about fair game play) they are complaing about fraud.. unable to cash out… locked accounts.. no access to support…
Everyone needs to report them to their local gaming commission and their license holders. I’ve filed a report with OLG gaming here in Canada and we will either have them acting ethically or out of business.

I’m pretty sure this site is a scam.. they provided me a promotional code via email.. then again when I log into the app.. when I deposited.. I never got it. I then get a message here saying “I didn’t qualify” for the promotion sent to me… then the person who replied with that ghosted me when I provided proof… very slimy site… I guess you could tell by it being impossible to contact support. I’d suggest playing at party poker folks these guys might be a scam or just use fake promos to get deposits
