How do you all feel about Thaiboy’s turn towards EDM?

I find it kind of wack personally - felt like his early projects were innovative and trying to do new stuff and these last couple projects feel drenched in 2010s “nostalgia” for its own sake and overall feel kind of hollow aesthetically. I was quite fond of Good Luck so I’m not averse to Drain Gang making dance music but it feels like Mr. Digital has lost the plot a bit artistically. Will continue to check out his stuff as he’s one of my GOATs at the end of the day but this new era is lost on me for sure

Day 38 - Starting to lose track of my exact # of days weed-free, which feels amazing

I know specifying the amount of days in the title runs counter to this haha but I've gotten to a point where it really feels like my brain is resetting a bit and I'm not painfully aware of exactly how many days it's been - feels like a huge accomplishment after having my brain so dominated by weed for 10 years and then the first couple weeks of abstaining where every hour was felt acutely. Never thought I'd get to a point where I'd be asking "Is this day 35 or 36?" Hopefully the ambiguity eventually gets beyond days and I start losing track of the weeks, maybe even the months...

Also, the sleep issues that started appearing only around the week 4 mark have finally subsided 🙏 back to sleeping without waking up constantly

Small black bat at 3rd st / PPW entrance to Prospect Park 5/10/26 @ 7:40pm

wasn’t able to get closer than this - looked healthy and fed so I suspect it may be a house cat

I have bulging discs in L4-L5 and L5-S1 with historically weak core and hip muscles. After about a year of PT, most of the back pain and functional issues have subsided and I mostly deal with super tight hips and glutes. my main symptom that concerns me is bilateral feeling of cold tingles down the backs of both my legs, as if water is dripping down them, usually not further than my knees but sometimes down to my toes. It generally subsides eventually if I keep walking but not always. and it always stops whenever I stop walking and sit down.

My main frustration is that these are sometimes brought on by only walking for a couple minutes and other basic movements. but in PT where I’m running around, deadlifting 75lbs, doing dynamic circuits and stuff, I never have these issues. It’s only when I’m on the treadmill at home, or walking around my neighborhood. I am in a flare up right now where I got the tingles while walking to PT, had no symptoms in PT, then tingles when walking back.

This is driving me kind of crazy as they’ll disappear for a bit then reappear and I can’t identify a real pattern. I occasionally had them during a recent trip to Tokyo where I was walking 20-30k a day but with much lower frequency. The sensation is tolerable but it’s more intense lately and I’m really anxious that it’s going to get worse or become more painful.

Anyone deal with this and have any luck remediating it? My PT (who I’ve been with for over a year) thinks my nerves are super sensitized and easily tripped, but I’m having trouble reconciling that with being able to skip around and do high impact stuff no problem, and walk so much in Japan without much issue (And take two 14 hour flights without triggering this specific symptom).

Is this shit all in my head? Maybe I’m tensing my body at home so when I go out to walk, my body freaks out? Could really use some perspective here.
