I was so excited to test out my new keyboard but i wanted the rgb to be purple so i looked up if they have a software, found out they have one and right when i pressed download my keyboard stopped working, the little screen on the bottom also stopped working and not 1 key is functional. Luckily i have the aula f75 keyboard when i plugged that one in and tried installing the software it also stopped working. So now i just lost a total of $200 and i need to buy a new keyboard unless one of you knows how to fix this

So to summarize what just happened to me, i got the new gravastar k1 mercury lite keyboard and after plugging it in , it was working fine. Then i decided i wanted purple rgb to match my setup so i installed the software which windows was telling me NOT TO OPEN, i opened it and my keyboard stopped working completely. i also have an AULA F75 i plugged that in to try to install it again and it also stopped working and im so mad right now
