Bought a used 2022. Runs good but I just noticed the passenger side air blows warm all the time. Back and driver are chilly. Looking it says could be actuator. Has anyone else had this happen?

Looking at Illinois for a new place to live. Is it cheaper because pay is less? Or what else is going on
