
First time using baking steel!
Used the recipe from @itsdoughguy on Instagram and I blown away! Really simple dough and sauce, highly recommend!
I have used the steel for sourdough a few times but this is my first pizza. Great crunch!
Got two more doughs cold fermenting. I was too impatient and used this one after only one day in the fridge 😂. So excited to see how a proper 3 day ferment turns out.
