Used the recipe from @itsdoughguy on Instagram and I blown away! Really simple dough and sauce, highly recommend!
I have used the steel for sourdough a few times but this is my first pizza. Great crunch!
Got two more doughs cold fermenting. I was too impatient and used this one after only one day in the fridge 😂. So excited to see how a proper 3 day ferment turns out.
I and curious how others have felt about S&S after the alphabroader buyout. With it being a private equity firm, with the profit above all mentality, I am really just waiting for it all to go to shit. But have you noticed any changes good or bad?
I have recently been getting missing items and defective products in my order. American Apparel going exclusive to S&S has been terrible for me because I tend to use sanmar whenever I can since they are the last survivor of private equity and the longer we can hold off that take over the better.
What are your thoughts?
It’s time to upgrade my backyard. For the last 10 years of the neighbor had very large dying trees that constantly littering my yard, overgrown bush (I cut back as much as I could), and 3 sheds filled with hoarding junk. Property is sold and is being built on, so I am finally free of the dead leaves and branches, and the mesquite breeding ground next door.
My dream would be to build a 3 seasons room but I don’t think it’s in my budget. Was thinking maybe just put up some screened walls, but for some reason the deck was build with the railing mid window 😵💫.
Help me with ideas to make this a fun useable space again.
