How Does Copyright Law work with Theoretical Models (I.e. Mental Health Frameworks and Models of Treatment/Concept?)

I have created resources for clients as a mental health professional which utilize concepts and visuals of the Haven Communication Model, projects heavily utilizing DBT and ACT modalities and integerating them throughout the books for programs.. How does using these resources work in copyright law if I were to sell or provide copies alongside paid programs to others? Do I just cite and reference the models clearly, or is there usually copyright limitations where I couldn't use them and where do I find this information??

When I google "copyright law for publishing ____ in books I write" or anything similar I don't find any information hahah - if you can explain generally how this works or point me to some information I'd appreciate it.

I use an inverted tripod a lot for macro photos and have heard the OM5ii has a pretty easily breakable tripod mount, so holding the weight of the camera is likely not great.. anyone have tips to protect the mount while using it on tripods? I use tripods lots and didn't realize this until after purchase, but love the camera!

I might be dumb, but there isn't in-person races/events for canicross or similar sports in my location in Canada. Including the NACC race locations. I've heard you can do the lifetime miles titling online and work through them at your own pace tracking them.. is this still a thing, and how would I register to start tracking this?
