  1. Are you getting A&F through insurance or employer?

  2. What’s your cost per month for A&F?

  3. Does your crunch allow upgrades to Peak Results?

  4. If upgradable, what’s your cost for upgrade?

Local Brooklyn, NY Select facility management says non-upgradable as it’s an insurance plan but their print out says $25. Which is a lot more than the $3.99 - $4.99 I’ve seen mentioned on the sub.

Employer, $28 AF directly, non-upgradable?

Can these be self-treated or seek dermatologist to treat?

Two areas, one is a raised bump, feels kind of dry/crusty but can’t like scratch off like a scab. The other is blackish underneath the skin…hurts to squeeze.

Would physical or chemical exfoliating help? What about poking them with a sterile needle?

Anyone use any of those ink dishes that has double circles? Inner circle holds ink, outer ring holds water with a lid for the unit?

How to repair? The housing on one side broke off while wearing

Tried to find support through the app but no luck from the AI or bot. Can’t find easy way to email snap either.

First gen spectacles. Still charges and snaps but out of nowhere the housing on one side just decided to retire itself and render the entire thing useless.

How to repair? optical stores I went to typically don’t want to work on these because of the computer components.
