Spotting but no period

Exactly what it says in the title. My periods have always been incredibly irregular and I’ve gone several months missing them before but I have not been formally diagnosed yet. I’ve been experiencing spotting instead of a period since March with PMS symptoms like acne and irritability. Just got blood work done a month ago and everything was fine, although I was significantly lacking vitamin D. I have also been exercising more than usual for about that long, maybe a bit over.

Anyone else experienced this and is there a way to induce a real period?

Edit: here’s how my schedule has been.

January- regular.
February- regular.
March- missed
April- spotting but no period

Helluva Boss ice cream

In the dream I was in an extremely narrow, small ice cream shop that specialized exclusively in flavors based off of various pop culture, ie movies and tv shows. The menu had a selection of flavors themed for recently released movies. I distinctly recall this one standing out to me because I’m a fan of Helluva Boss (I know, cringe.) I took some artistic liberties with this edit and tweaked the description a bit to fit the image, but in the dream it was blue colored berry sorbet with white chocolate chips. I can’t remember if there actually was strawberry or not. It tasted like Baskin Robbin’s daiquiri ice flavor and was pretty good.

A bit confused on why the ice cream was blue considering Blitz isn’t, but the white chocolate and strawberry part made sense.

What I mean by that is if I use the curation tool to hide all my posts from the public, will the people following my account still be able to see the ones I share directly to my own profile?
