New to dip pens - need some advice!

I am relatively new to dip pens. Bought me a Deleter set, Talens India ink and some heavy bond paper.

I prepared my nibs, and for a while it seems to go nice, but I keep getting, enough to be frustrating, ocassions of my nibs not holding the ink and spilling it on the drawing, ruining it completely. This is kind of desperating.

Would you reccomend I check my technique, the way I prepare the nibs, or point out common mistakes I might be making that could cause this?

Thank you

Best theory/practical book to start in Electronics.

I belueve I am not breaking rules witht his one, but If I do, then I am sorry.

I want to start learning electronics from the ground up. I have looked around a bit, and saw a book that caught my eye, "Practical electronics for inventors".

I must ask, however, do you guys have any different reccomendation? Thanks.
