Anyone notice any brake issues after they have gotten them fixed??

I have a Volkswagen Taos 2024, I have only had the car for a year and 8 months and the brakes were ground down to a pulp. I did some digging online and found out this model of car has brake issues. I remember getting a letter in the mail saying that they were going to extend the warranty on the brakes and I was super excited about that. However, I do remember noticing the first couple of months that I had the car. The brakes were really squeaky. I got them checked out and they said they were fine. I'm wanting to know if anyone who has gotten their brakes fixed super early and to have in the car if that is still an issue? Did you have to change them within 2 years? Again, I am considering trading my car in to get a different make.

I had laparoscopic surgery on April 8. My two week appt they told me to take off the surgical glue. I did that and the lower incision opened a bit. I should have just left the glue until it fell off but I asked them repeatedly if they wanted me to take it off that day and they said yes. The other incisions are okay but I believe some skin or a scab came off the lower one. I do still have some glue surrounding the incision but I'm not touch it to remove it.

I went to the urgent care/ ER to get checked out yesterday and they said it didn't look infected but gave me antibiotics anyway. There hasn't been blood or oozing just the white stuff that sits on the incision. It is slightly less open than when I took off the glue. With my apron belly I'm just concerned this will take forever to heal.

I reached out to the surgeons office for follow up but in the mean time I have some no stick gauze over it to stop the moisture and it rubbing together. After I shower I let it dry ( bought a hair dryer and a folding hand fan) and get some air before dressing it.
