Any resources to understand what type of therapist I actually need?

Are there any good online tools I could use to guide me? Books or articles I could read? A flow chart, a test, or an app? Just someone or something online that could help me understand how to figure out who I actually need to address myself to? Thank you so much

Would more frequent anal make it easier to keep having?

I really want to engage in anal in a more frequent and casual way but it always takes me so long to fit more than a small toy / three fingers. I just feel like I never actually reach that “relaxed” state where my partner’s dick or my larger toys entering me don’t hurt. I use a ton of anal lube, go slow with fingers and toys first, and have even tried poppers. I can enjoy it despite the pain but I hate having to wait a while before doing it again every time because my ass is so sore.

Do people who have anal often or who are able to take bigger things more easily just train their ass very frequently? Should I be playing with my ass daily lol what do you all do!!

Edit - thanks all I’ve learned SO much today

Hi all, I’m 29, currently working as a graphic designer and strongly considering pivoting to get a degree in elementary school teaching, grades 1-4 (option in my local system).

While I know experiences might vary a lot depending on what country/system teachers work in, I’m curious what more general advice anyone currently teaching children in that age range would have for someone considering this career in 2026?

Any personal thoughts/anecdotes/feelings about being an elementary school teacher? Thanks in advance!

Edit: thanks so much to everyone who took the time to answer and for the general suggestion to try and sub first!💡
