i got into econ and business in luiss and paid the deposit (€4700), but now it seems like i have a chance in erasmus rotterdam’s ibeb program. considering the housing crisis in the netherlands and all, what would you choose? i know eur is more prestigious but im still unsure. also it isnt certain yet if i will receive an offer, but if want to apply for housing in rotterdam, i need to pay a €1000 deposit, should i do it?

i didnt got my offer yet (i rank 1140 for ibeb) do i still apply to the housing, and how? i really know nothing about how it works
im still on the waitlist but wanted to ask nonetheless. if i get accepted, what do i need for my final grade? i saw lots of diff comments so im not sure. also, i applied with a 40 predicted, does anyone know if i am expected to meet that predicted grade?
