6 rounds of eBEACOPDac - devestated

I, 22M, had my PET-2 scan last friday. Results showed that i responded to it very well and almost completely erased it, with the exception of ONE TINY SPOT with some activity that lines up with where the cancer was. My oncologist said they will review the scan again with more experts, however i will most likely have to take 4 more cycles. I know the treatment is definetly better than the alternative, and that I’m young and tolerating treatment well (I haven’t had episode of being admitted due to chemo toxicity/neutropenic fever yet, but still i am completely devestated. Anyone else have experience with this? I’m just extremely tired of having to put my life on hold, and more concerned about toxicity, long-term side effects, secondary cancers etc.

Question about escalated BEACOPDac and PET-2 Scan

Currently at the end of second cycle of the escalated BEACOPDac regimen for Stage 2B cHL, and so far tolerated it pretty well. Just had my intermediate PET/CT scan, and will get results next tuesday when next cycle starts, and even though i cannot be certain, I’m hopeful that I will be in remission. Does anyone have experience with cutting Bleomycin/lowering dose on other chemo agents from this regimen, similar to how its done when switching from ABVD to AVD?
