running shoes for 10km?

going for a 10km run in like two weeks (my first!) but my cloud shoes are NOT it. There’s too much bounce and I feel like my ankles might sprain any time. I think I need something that feels “sturdier”… any recs (women running shoes)?

diet tips for IBD sensitivity + gaining strength

I’m 26F, 162cm, 48kg (but weight fluctuates a bit)… I wanna build some strength and muscle especially upper body, but my stomach is super sensitive with mild IBD-like issues (bloating, discomfort, random flares). Trying to eat in a surplus without wrecking my gut is DAMN frustrating…

Would love some real advice, especially from others who deal with this. Esp protein/carb sources (affordable pls). Thanks gymbroz 🙏
