I’ve had revolax in my chin cheeks jaw and lips, and I do tan on the tanning beds quite a lot but I’ve heard some people say completely avoid, some people say cover your face, and some say it’s fine - unsure on what to do? I am aware of the risks of tanning also but it really helps my body acne
I’ve got severe dysplasia, but a lot I notice that I get a really weird pain in my shins, it feels like they’ve been really heavily bruised and my like calf feels super heavy when my shin is holding the weight of it, it’s really weird to explain but just wondering if anyone else gets this with dysplasia?

Background info I (18F) sleep really really heavily and don’t wake up easily, usually my ex (19m) would fall asleep a few hours after me, usually I slept with just panties on
A few months ago, I fell asleep, he didn’t, i woke up a bit (I never wake up unless like someone’s been tryna wake me for 30 min I have to set 20 alarms and everything so yeah, I sleep very very deep) and I felt him like rubbing my boobs and under boob like playing with them and I was still half sleep so I just moved his hands away and fell back asleep
Then recently I fell asleep at 1, he stayed up until like 4.30, and I woke up to him pinching my nipples really hard - I moved his hand off me and said get off but I was half asleep again so fell back asleep
And I asked him about it he said he ‘got out of bed and saw my boob out and squeezed it’ which is weird anyway but he wasn’t out of bed he was next to me and he was pinching me, not squeezing my boob - I just feel so violated, but now I’m thinking because I sleep so deep wtf else has he been doing to me that I don’t know about?
He knows id never do any CNC in sleep it’s a clear boundary we have, he also knows I was previously SA at 13 and have ptsd, so I really don’t play ab stuff like that so wtf
We recently broke up about 2 days ago and the second incident happened about 5 days ago
Edit: confronted him about it and he says he has no recollection of any of it and he’d never do that to me when I know he did but now I feel like a liar and like I’ve imagined it
