So at the end of the dev vision Zhiyong said "Additionally, we are actively monitoring the community's feedback and discussions. Some issues do take a little time to properly address, so please keep an eye on our official channels. As soon as we have the right solutions in place, we will sync up with everyone immediately." I had theorized previously here that the reason Widow has so many bugs that haven't been fixed and why she hasn't gotten a skin in 6+ months is because she's receiving either a massive kit rework on proportions we haven't seen before or buffs that'll put her at the top of the meta, so for example if they were to remove her batons from her kit completely and not even show up on her character model anymore then any new skins released for her leading up to the rework would have to be changed to remove the batons, effectively wasting time and money designing elements for her skins that would be removed later on, or if they add dual uzis to her kit then they'd have to go back and add them to every single one of her skins, which isn't bad now because she doesn't have that many skins, but would get tiresome to do if she had 20 skins to add to. Even with what Zhiyong said is what I thought in my post, that they won't address her rework to the community until they're absolutely positive its ready to share and would rather stay radio silent than tell us about it months in advance. The fact that Widow got an accessory today and was rhe second one announced after Devil Dinosaur's accessory plus Zhiyong's comment at the end makes me hope that this is the case. Also ignore any mistakes I made while typing I literally just woke up and immediately went to watch the new announcements then I gotta watch the Marvel announcements at the big convention today then go get a x-ray THEN come home and watch the Punisher movie I'm going to be drained today🥀🥀🥀🥀

The second I heard Recognizer play and then saw Tron City in the background I immediately knew this is gonna be my new favorite game to play. I'm gonna begin building my own Grid in this game now one day I'll show what it looks like (omg I'm literally gonna be Kevin Flynn jamming building utopia. Oh no, who's gonna be my C.L.U.?)

The last time Widow had a buff was a year ago, her last teamup was almost 6 months ago and hasn't been touched since, as was her last skin release, her pull is bugged in PDM, her Mrs. Barnes skin sound effects are just gone, her sitting emote was the only sitting emote that couldn't be applied to her for hours until it was patched, her sprint gets bugged in the Avengers PvP mode, I could keep going on about all her bugs.

The devs know something has to change with her kit, especially after The Incident took place, they know people use her as a throw pick, they added a spray referencing The Incident to the game which shows they are aware of her reputation. I'm convinced the reason why she has so many bugs currently is because they're planning to rework her kit, so why bother fixing any bugs she has when they'll be nuked when she gets a new set of abilities. Same for her skins, she'll most likely still keep her sniper rifle but'll get a new ability (maybe her dual uzis the community has been begging for and we know the devs were initially going to give her), so why waste time making new skins that they'll have to spend additional time reworking to add her uzis to, instead of pausing her skin releases, make some new skins with the uzis, then go back to her few existing skins to add them, which'll take less time to add to a few skins than to say 14 old skins. Same goes for if they're removing her batons if thats what they're doing, why waste time designing batons if they're going to be removed anyway.

As for why the devs have been radio silent about her rework in the dev visions? Just look at how cautious Zhiyong is, he didn't even add the CC changes until a half season after he announced them, do you really think he's gonna announce a character getting a complete kit rework when he knows it won't be arriving for months? Assuming she'll get her rework in season 8 then it would make the most sense to reveal it in the season 8 dev vision rather than the 5, 6, or 7 dev visions, the cautious route as to not overload the dev team with pressure or make players think it's coming sooner rather than later.

I hope whatever path is taken that Black Widow will end up becoming meta, whether through a kit rework, major buffs, a meta teamup, or even something as simple as letting her one-shot enemies, it's time for her to be pulled out of the preconceived notion that she's horrible and be allowed to shine. I don't care how toxic a sniper one-shot 3 month long meta could be, she deserves to be #1 after everything she's been through since the launch of this game, let her have her Invisible Woman moment

I found the perfect face print of a black girl with pink glasses which is the closest head to her that exists that I'll be buying on Bricklink soon and she'll be complete.

Before this used to cycle through my favorite Tron: Legacy frames, but last night I was in bed watching the sideshow and decided to switch it to my favorite Defenders Saga frames (Frames included are from Daredevil, Jessica Jones, Luke Cage, Iron Fist, The Defenders, The Punisher, Hawkeye, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Spider-Man: No Way Home, Spider-Man: Brand New Day, Thunderbolts, Echo, She-Hulk: Attorney At Law, and Daredevil: Born Again). If anyone wants I can show you what all 100 frames I chose are in the comments I'll make it a thread

This is potential to be a very fun mode it's just when queing as the Avengers it's almost impossible to heal before Loki oneshots you. I still rather play Blood Hunt instead though
