I love the mind fuck of Matt saving Dex from being killed by Fisk and Fisk from being killed by Dex

Yeah yeah if we wanted to be practical Matt should've let them take each other out but we literally wouldn't have a show, plus this is the most Catholic thing ever.

You’re stuck in an elevator with one of them. What are your chances of getting out alive with each character?

Matt has the ability to detect lies, and yet he actually believed it was possible that Fisk was going straight. How did he not know that he was actually full of shit?

My 3 relatively minor problems with Born Again

First of all, I am a major Daredevil fan, both tv show and comics, so I love any content with him. So far, Born Again was pretty entertaining, but something bugs me.

1.It feels like another city.

Maybe because of the cinematography, or maybe because of the fog during night time. In the new show it feels so clean, almost like I am looking at a museum, it doesn't feel lived in. Also, because of the fog, it has a certain fantasy feel. I really enjoy all of this, it's has a new flavor, the problem is that I feel a continuity error with the Netflix show. Because of the diffrent vibe, subconsciously I feel like this story happens in another universe or timeline. Even if I know very well that this is not true.

2.Matt doesn't feel like the main character

In the netflix show we also followed multiple POVs, but it still felt like it was Matt's story. Here, I feel like Matt has less screentime, and he is less important to the overall plot. So in a way Born Again feels like an Avengers movie, where there are multiple main characters. And again, I like the variety, it really develops the world, but I miss Matt as the main focus.

3.Where are the other vigilantes?

So in episode 3 season 2 we see the TaskForce's prison, and with the exception of Swordsman, the place is full of civilians. Isn't the task force main goal arresting vigilantes? They basically only capture Frank and Swordsman, and Frank escaped in season 1. I feel like some time has passed between season 1 and 2, and the Task Force didn't accomplish anything regarding vigilantes. I feel like realistically speaking, Fisk should be pissed about the lack of progress. I feel like this should be adressed in the show.

I know that this could be interpreted in a way that the Task Force is actually only a military police that uses fear and violence to keep order, and the vigilante part is only the excuse/scapegoat. Like how many fascist regimes work in real life. However, in the show's universe, I feel like Fisk's main goal should be about capturing vigilantes. Because of a vigliante he ended up in prison twice, so I feel like Fisk should take care of this threat, and then focus on controlling the people of New York through fascist means.

Does anyone feel the same?

Apparently, some Street Level Heroes projects are in development (like the Punisher one). Iron Fist desperately needs one.

I Hope the MCU follows the DCU/HBO LANTERS formula about a young rookie hero being paired with the older, jaded, and bitter master who has lost all faith. A high budget limited series about Danny Rand finding Orson Randall and learning about Kun Lun/Shao Lao and the Iron Fist mantle and its legacy (Showing many previous Iron Fist throughout history).

My ideal casting would be:

Finn Jones (games of thrones) as Danny Rand

William Zabka (Karate kid/Cobra Kai) as Orson Randall

Ben Wang (Karate Kid Legends) as Lin Lie

Maria Zhang (live-action Avatar The Last Airbender) as Wu Ao-Shi

Daniel-Wu (Into the Badlands) as Quan Yaozu

Liu Yifei (Mulan live action) as Fan Fei

Harry Shum Jr (Shadowhunters) as Bei Bang-Wen

Is this Billy Russo speaking???

Pretty much what the title says. This inner monologue sounds familiar almost exactly as Billy Russo. Will we see a hallucination of sorts??

Does anyone think Bullseye should get a love interest in DDBA?

This is a genuine question because I feel like Matt is never going to be his North Star atp they way the go at each others throats is actually crazy considering how much they have to save each other but back on topic “ahem” I feel like he should get someone to replace Julie but this time he actually falls in love with the person maybe that’s just me but I like the idea guys 😭

Theory - Vanessa had a child during seasons 2 and 3 of Daredevil.

With the theories that Daniel was Fisk's son, I ended up with the character stuck in my head, and I thought, could Vanessa have already had a child with Wilson? And the time period that would work is when Fisk was arrested and Vanessa was sent abroad, she discovered she was pregnant, but preferred to hide the child so that he wouldn't risk his father's life, at least during his childhood.

From here on, there may be spoilers for episode 4 of season 2 of Born Again. >!What if, after the events of the last episode, at the end of the season Fisk discovers him, who would be around 11 years old, and brings him to train him to be his successor? Something that could refute this is Vanessa's statement in episode 3 suggesting that they should have a successor. Why would she say that if she already has a son? Perhaps she's actually trying to prepare Fisk to introduce their son, which she might think would be the ideal moment, since she was afraid of dying to Bullseye and believed it was better to introduce him to his father before that happened.!<

That's the theory, and what do I think? I think I'm wrong, hahaha. I thought about it, and if it's well-developed, it could be a good way to introduce Richard Fisk and show his training until he becomes Rose, but I don't think it will happen. And that statement from Vanessa that I mentioned makes it even more improbable, not to mention that it would be very difficult for her to have hidden this all this time. But it's something interesting to think about.

Iron Fist would be a perfect leader of the Avengers. Danny Rand is a natural born and charismatic leader. He deserves to be a lead character in the big screen. Finn Jones would kill it post Secret-Wars.

Detail in Punisher Trailer

I have watched the new trailer for The Punisher: One Last Kill a few times, and I noticed something on Frank’s conspiracy board. It's kind of hard to see, but the man in the photo looks similar to Maya Lopez/ Echo’s dad. He was the boss of the Tracksuit Mafia before he was killed by Hawkeye/Ronin at Fisk’s orders, and his criminal record makes sense for Frank to be looking into him, and likely the rest of the Tracksuits as well. It might not actually be him, but it would be a cool easter egg if it is.
