Hot off the presses, this data was shared with City Council during a budget meeting on May 14th.

Projected total water/sewer rate increases by year:

• 26-27: 6.36%
• 27-28: 7.29%
• 28-29: 7.04%
• 29-30: 6.81%
• 30-31: 6.60%

Notably this does not include the new Transportation Utility Fee, that will add another $12/month to your water/sewer bill.

The average bill for a single family customer will increase from $160.29 per month currently to $234.93 per month after 5 years (including the transportation utility fee).
