I think I'm getting decent at scanning the foil covers. This one came out much better than some of the others I've tried. Foil covers are sort of hard to capture on a scanner.

It's taking me a while to get these out (Because of. . .other stuff) but here we are with the second part of my dive into every issue of Punisher: War Zone!

In this batch, Punisher goes against mad scientists, eco-terrorists, and bad 90s art! All that PLUS an obligatory Wolverine appearance and Punisher wearing a shiny suit of 90s armor! OH, MY!

I was painting a Techmarine yesterday and started wondering how Deathwatch gets support characters like Techmarines, Chaplains, and Librarians into their watches.

I know that their general manpower comes from tithes and volunteers from other Marine chapters, but what about (for example) Techmarines? Are they also tithed from the Adeptus Mechanicus?

Sorry if this might be a bit of a lore noob question, because I'm exactly that. I know the sketch of Deathwatch lore, but am pretty vague on the smaller details.
