Unused annual pass for family member that passed away
Hi all, I'm hoping someone may have experience or insight on this topic. My mom purchased an annual pass last year. It hasn't been activated and she passed away about a month ago. Her husband has an annual pass of his own. Myself and my fiancé both have annual passes that are up for renewal in June. Before I call Disney to figure out what can be done with my mom's unused pass, has anyone here dealt with this issue before? Can you let me know what to expect? Trying to make this process as painless as possible, for obvious reasons. Thank you in advance.

I'm just hoping that someone out there may have dealt with this before and can prepare me for what to expect. I know it's easy to speculate or assume what Disney might do, but because this has been a hard thing to navigate and grief makes these conversations a bit anxiety-inducing, I'd love firsthand experiences if they exist.
