Every time I hold my arm out, my chicken jumps on, starts biting my thumb, and does this weird shimmying thing. Is this normal for chickens or a health concern???

I know I for sure have diamonds (jar and some scattered/lost in the box), topaz, aquamarine, emeralds, and rubies (plus the obvious quartz) but I have literally no idea how to differentiate them
