Anyone need a weightloss buddy?
Im a month into my weight loss and strength training journey and have been very consistent with my process and always looking for more people who need someone to check in with on the daily.
Currently on a 1600 daily calorie limit with 160g protein minimum. I have different cardio levels everyday and do weight training 3 times a week. Any low calorie foods and recipes I find I share with whoever I can. So if you need someone to help with your daily accountability lmk! I gotcha, my dude.
