Anyone need a weightloss buddy?

Im a month into my weight loss and strength training journey and have been very consistent with my process and always looking for more people who need someone to check in with on the daily.

Currently on a 1600 daily calorie limit with 160g protein minimum. I have different cardio levels everyday and do weight training 3 times a week. Any low calorie foods and recipes I find I share with whoever I can. So if you need someone to help with your daily accountability lmk! I gotcha, my dude.

Giant Protein Cookie (Full Recipe)

Ingredients:

- 1 serving PB2 (powdered peanut butter)

- 1 tbsp cocoa powder

- 2 servings egg whites

- 1 scoop Isopure protein powder

- 1/2 cup cottage cheese

- 2 tbsp self-rising flour

- 1/2 tbsp olive oil

- Sweetener (monk fruit or similar, to taste)

Optional Topping:

- Zero sugar Cool Whip❤️❤️❤️❤️

Macros (entire cookie):

" hummus and chips"

Accidentally made a low cal high protein dip that has a similar texture to hummus and tastes great! For chips I used two egglife everything bagel wraps cut into triangles and air fryed for 4 minutes. Recipe in the comments but adjust fire on seasonings to personal taste. If the taste is too peppery or oniony, you can easily mix in more greek yogurt or water to mellow it out.

I swear theres chicken in these wraps.

Two of these chicken wraps are freaking delicious but a little high on calories but its insanely filling and delicious! Especially with the greek sauce and franks red hot!

Good lord this is delicious!

Insanely delicious pizza made with ground chicken for the crust! Small pizza but it goes a long way!!!

Down 24 pounds my first month!

First time in my life i really think I found a diet change i can stick with for the long term! Home-cooked high protein healthy (and tasty) meals and a little exercise has taken me a long way in a short time! Its not landing on the moon or anything, but for me the progress and consistency has been a major accomplishment for me.
