Hi fellow Nagas, hope all are having a good day!!

Okay so, we’ve already rented out part of our house, but another portion is lying vacant. Instead of letting it just sit unused, I’m thinking of using it for short term stays (Airbnb style).

It would be a simple setup.. a few rooms (one with attached bathroom, others shared), basic facilities like WiFi, clean rooms, and maybe light breakfast only if requested. I don’t want to turn it into a full PG/hostel since managing cooking and everything daily will be too much.

Just wanted to ask:

• Has anyone here tried Airbnb or homestay in Nagaland?

• What are the main issues I should be prepared for?

• Do I need any government approvals/registration before starting?

Any advice or real experiences would help a lottt

Thank you :)

Also, what are some alternative ways I can use this vacant space besides Airbnb? Looking for different ideas to generate income from it.

How do i stop GUYS from making THINGS AWKWARD BY TURNING EVERYTHING INTO FLIRTING??

LIKE CAN WE NOT JUST HAVE A NORMAL CONVERSATION AND JUST BE FRIENDS?? SOMETIMES IM JUST BEING FRIENDLY THATS IT

ITS SO FRUSTRATING BECAUSE IT RUINS WHAT COULDVE BEEN A CHILL COMFORTABLE FRIENDSHIP AND THE MOMENT IT SHIFTS EVERYTHING FEELS AWKWARD AF

WHY DOES IT ALWAYS HAVE TO TURN INTO FLIRTING??

I GENUINELY RESPECT GUYS WHO CAN JUST BE FRIENDS AND NOTHING MORE THATS ACTUALLY RARE.. only way to avoid this is to just not interact with men or what?
