Really happening

So turns out what I have been seeing and hearing is real. Has anybody else had they're hallucinations turn out to be real things? Mine have been telling me what's going on and id deny everything and then reasonable would happen and I get drawn into thinking they're real but something would come up that they'd tell me that I didn't agree with and go back thinking they're voices and hallucinations. This time is so different.

So my voices have been telling me something since last August that I'm sick of and was looking for some advice. They tell me that I'm with a woman and she has sex with other people. All I really know about this woman for real is the name they call her. But everyday "she's having sex with other people". What should I say back to them? I've tried saying no, not interested in a relationship etc. they keep their narrative going. What would you think? Any advice would be appreciated.

So my voices tell me that I'm with a woman but that she has sex with other people and that it's not wrong. Crazy right? I know her name but that's pretty much it. What should I say back to the voices, if anything? What would you think? Edit: any advice or opinion is appreciated.

Here are some examples of negative psychosis delusions. Everyone’s experiences with these delusions will be different with their own experience. There will be some negative delusions that some have experienced that aren’t included in this post.

Edit

To avoid confusion or spreading misinformation it’s been pointed out that “negative” and “positive” have a different meaning when it comes to delusions or psychosis in mental illness. Positive refers to a symptom that adds to the illness (such as delusions or hallucinations which can be emotionally and mentally frightening in nature) whereas negative refers to what is diminished or subtracted from the individual (such as a lack of outward emotion/flat effect, reduced cognitive ability or social withdrawal).

So I've found that listening and doing what the voices say can have some negative consequences. Like once I went to jail for 6 months for breaking into a house when the voices had pressured and pressured and finally convinced me to do so. After 6 years, I'm still trying to figure out what view to hold of them. I see others sharing that the voices are dishonest and lie. Has anybody ever heard something from voices that turned out to be beneficial, or result in a positive outcome when doing what the voices say? What is your opinion? Harmful, helpful? Honest or dishonest?
