just acquired this beautiful 10/10 frank lampard retro thread 2004/05. what a card and one of my favorite players!

I know nothing about pokemon and we just started collecting soccer and Pokemon cards.. from what gather this is a valuable card?

I made an order on March 29th for a couple of items.. I haven't heard a peep from them since then. 3 emails sent over asking when my items will be shipped and 3 emails have gone unanswered. has anyone successfully bought anything from them ?
