We’re building Side Hustle Villa, a startup residency in Bangalore for builders, side hustlers, and early-stage founders who want to live and work in a focused environment.

The goal is to create a small community of people building things seriously, staying accountable, and growing together under one roof. We already have \~150 people interested and are now launching the first cohort.

We’re looking for a Founder's Office Associate - Intern to help with early execution and setup.

Role:

You will help coordinate villa options in Bangalore, reach out and qualify interested applicants, assist in shortlisting and onboarding the first 10 members, and support basic launch operations. This is a hands-on role in a very early-stage setup where things will evolve quickly and require ownership.

Details:

Duration: 1–2 months (PPO opportunity based on performance)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Compensation: ₹10k fixed + up to ₹20k performance incentives
