Am I being played?

Finally had my first day of training after waiting over a month since accepting the position. Was told in person to come in tomorrow for the next day, but then my supervisor texts me as I'm driving home telling me to reach out to the site manager to confirm my schedule's availability and if they're unable to confirm stay home and standby. There was no mention of this during my training today, they waited till I had left to text me this. I reached out like I was told and it's been an hour with no response despite the text being marked as read.

My experience with this company has been fucking awful so far, nothing but a constant stream of hoops to jump through and every time I think it's over, there's more. I thought I was finally in and able to work and now this happens. If it wasn't for the pay they're offering I would've cut my losses a while ago.

I JUST WANT TO WORK!

How does co-op matchmaking work?

I didn't find much info on how co-op matchmaking works on the wiki, I'm hoping you guys can help.

I want to start helping people with bosses to get coins. Does character level matter? Weapon level? Does it matter what vestige I start trying to matchmake from? I'm level 59 with +4 weapons, I decided to try matchmaking at the first vestige outside of the tutorial with non-shared progression to fight the boss there and haven't been summoned. Any advice on where I should go?

Thanks in advance.

I used this and I passed

I was really nervous about having to take a urine test, I've been smoking for over 15 years, but I bought the product, made sure it wasn't expired (2 years), followed the heating instructions and managed to pass a 5 panel urine analysis.

It was my first time using a product like this. Good luck to anyone else who decides to try it.

Can they do this?

I accepted a job offer from Allied Universal back in early April, the job offer came with a specific schedule. I completed orientation, received my supervisor's number, text them for the site location and they respond to me saying there were many applicants and limited space, then asked if I'm willing to work totally different hours to what I agreed to when accepting the job offer.

Is this allowed? This feels like a complete bait-and-switch, I've spent the entire month up until now waiting on background checks, taking drug tests, etc. Is there someone I could/should talk to about this?

I don't know why it took mechs being in a warbond for the community to finally push back. Where was this outrage when they began putting stratagems in warbonds? Where was it when instead of 3 primaries and 3 armors per warbond we started getting two armors and one primary for the same price?

Ground lost is lost forever. I wish this pushback had come sooner.
