hi! i’ve been at my current school as a school support para, they are changing me and my team to instructional paras starting next year, which means i have to take the parapro assessment. i am awful at taking tests, math isn’t my strong suit, so im terrified. how difficult is the test? what grade level would you say it goes up to? i’ve seen middle school but im unsure how true that is. is it worth it to create an account on study.com and pay to take multiple practice tests and be able to see my score? are there different free practice tests i can take where i can see my score?

we recently bought formula dispensers to make the night feeds easier for our 4 month old. ive started to use them throughout the day as well. we pre fill the bottles with water then add the formula whenever she’s hungry. we use 2 overnight, wash them, and use 4-6 throughout the day. so we use them within a 24 hour span. is it safe to keep the formula in a dispenser? is it safe to keep the water in the bottles? thank you!

we’re buying our baby a convertible car seat. we have one car so it’d be perfect. it’d just stay in there without having to be moved.

however, my mom babysits at least twice-three times a week. i’m worried that there could be an emergency and she won’t have a car seat to bring the baby in. should i purchase a car seat strictly for my moms car? so one for the main car and one for the babysitting car? would that be the easiest way rather than taking the car seat out of our car and having her install it in her car?
