Thank you sa mga nag share ng kanilang experience about the process sa pag apply for Japan visa. Laking tulong. Gusto ko lang mag give back at i-share ang aking naging experience.

Feb 2026: Nagpprepare na ako ng docs as listed sa Japan embassy, VFS tsaka mga accredited na agency.
- PH passport
- Latest photo na 45x35mm
- Visa application form
- Multiple entry form
- Letter of intent (bakit gusto mag ME haha)
- Itinerary
- Bank certificate with ADB
- Bank statements (Maya)
- ITR
- COE (wet signature dapat pirma ng HR)
- Birth certificate (check if delayed registration)
*if delayed registration- need din ng baptismal certificate and form 137

Early March 2026: Nag try ako maghanap slots sa VFS, ilang weeks din ako pabalik balik sa website kasi mas gusto ko direct kaysa mag agency. Sinwerte at nakakuha ako slot sa Parqal 8am for early-April 2026.

April 2026: Nakarating ako before my time schedule sa VFS, maayos ang process, may naga-assist sa labas, tapos sa reception para ma-queue ka and then wait ma-assist ng mga staff na further magccheck ng requirements mo. Natapat ako sa staff na dinouble check lahat ng docs ko, sa kanya ko nalaman na delayed birth registration pala ako. At dahil dun, need ko pa bumalik kasi wala ako baptismal certificate at form 137. Buti na lang, sila na ang nagbigay ng schedule ko para bumalik. Pagbalik ko, okay naman na. Dinouble check ulit nila yung docs at nagproceed na sa payment. Pina-deliver ko na lang din kasi from Bulacan pa ako.

April 13: Submission sa VFS; Dispatched din agad sa embassy

April 17: Ready for pick-up sa VFS

April 20: Dispatched sa courier

April 21: Received and omg di ko inexpect. Approved SE! Birthday trip ko ito sa June.
